Hoax or Truth
Before I begin I want to state that I have zero tolerance for any individual that takes our BF community and treats it as a joke. I along with others take our Bigfoot Research seriously knowing what we have learned from hard work, financial expenses, spending a great deal of time in areas of interest and activity along with being dedicated. It is inexcusable for any person or group of individuals to make statements not supported by evidence or supply our organization, GCBRO, with falsified reports and pictures. Over the last three years of association of the Internet I have learned that there are many that have learned that it is the rule instead of the exception to falsify, makeup ridiculous stories and mislead with less then exceptional evidence. They mislead innocent interested individuals about their less then adequate time being in the field along with owning a message board or web site supporting erroneous information. I, for one, have had a belly full of these individuals and groups. The possibility of agreeing or associating with a known liar and hoaxer is beyond belief. Why would you? Or better yet. Why do you? With this being said I’ll continue with our first ”Hoax or Truth.” This story is an elaborate story with, what I think as having some truth, but has been greatly exaggerated. I have spoken with this man via telephone and find he sounds as if he is earnest about his reports and experiences but in the same tone I find his story more then a little unbelievable. I personally do not dislike this individual nor have I a cross to burn with him but I feel as if he either wanted some upfront money for the promise of a BF body or simply believed the community would hale him as newcomer of the year. This man contacted the GCBRO some months back and I was contacted by one of our researchers to call and pursue this individual and his story. I made the call one weekday morning and we had about a thirty to forty minute conversation about his adventures with BF, the governments breeding efforts of the BF animals and their being hired by the government to harvest three of these animals for $30,000.00 per animal. Approximately six months had come and gone without any contact from this individual but again began correspondence with one of the founders of the GCBRO. This time he supplied the GCBRO with some photographs along with documents suggesting the truthfulness of his story. Once Again I State This site is designed to supply information whether it is photos, video, recorded sounds, documentation or gathered evidence. I am extremely critical of any individual that makes claims without sufficient evidence. However I am the first to congratulate the researchers that have spent the time, effort and money to supply this BF Community with valid evidence.
