Functional Blackouts 'The Severed Tongue Speaks for All'     LP     (Criminal IQ)
To paraphrase Darius of CIQ, this record is fuckin' evil! A bit of a lineup change, but the intensity and aggression are intact. Amazing jagged punk rock action, featuring the odd sample, that grows on you with every listen. It's hard to compare, so find 'em on Myspace and listen. Collage artwork, a poster, and insert round the packaging off very nicely indeed. One white copy left,so be fast!     6

HAUNTED GEORGE SHOTGUN IN MY MOUTH 7"   (SSLD)

Young UK spazz-attack kings' debut on Goner! Two songs that share titles with Oblivians songs, but they ain't! GREAT! The Last Next Big Thing from England!     2.50

Human Eye     7"     (Ypsilanti Records)
If you've heard the LP or seen them live you probably already have this, as you'll know how amazing these guys are. Much more raw than the LP, with a Urinals cover (buy everything by those guys too) and the best presentation for a 7" that I've seen a long time. Swirly clear vinyl! 5 copies left, buy 'em before you find yourself hunting for it on the 'bay.      3.50

JOHNNY VOMIT & THE DRY HEAVES 'RUNNING IN A RAT RACE' 7"     (SSLD)
From the dawning of the Chokin on a Lude Era, here comes 4 tracks of juvenile hate filled reminiscence by 3 real vomiting punk rockers with pure sense of desolation and anti-social anger. 2 editions: PSYCH SYNTH PUNK ED. (272 copies) and BAD & DRUNK ED. (221 copies). Numbered with red ink stamp. NOT FOR THE PURIST OF SOUND.    3.50

KAZALOK 'Chandrasekhar Limit' - 12" MLP (Shake Your Ass)
Welcome to the psychaedelic garagepunk sound of the Kazalok. The band formed by Cole Weintraub (Jormungandr, Snake Flower, Barbaras) and Bennet Foster (former guitarist for The Mutant Spacebats of Doom) in 2005 in Memphis, TN. For their summer 2006 tour they added Billy Hayes (Boston Chinks, Barbaras, Knaughty Knights) on drums and Alex Gates (Barbaras, Esque, Boston Chinks) on bass. Influences range from psych-folk performers such as Comus and Syd Barrett to protopunk acts such as the Velvet Underground. They currently hold the Guiness World
Record for being the second tallest rock music band.     5.50

Knaughty Knights 7"    (Shattered)
2 Ramonesey pop songs by Rich Lost Sound and a killer goddamn boogie-diseased song on the flip from Jack Oblivian, with that 2-note Oblivians feel. One left on blue.    3.50

LAMPS 'FRED ASTAIRE 7"
Another outfit from these LA madmen spitting out 3 fuzzy bleeding and shouting garage punk pieces of primordial subterranean insanity and prodding and cutting distortion. 2 editions: MEMPHIS STREET LAMPS ED. (257 copies) and TANGLE TAPE ED. (256 copies). Numbered with red ink stamp. NOT FOR THE PURIST OF SOUND.    3.50

DAN MELCHIOR 'SPAN OF ATTENTION' 7" 3.50
English gentlemen Mr. Dan Melchior is back with 2 tunes of country blues pureness with unique taste, research and richness along with old sounds full of memories and greatness. 2 editions: SMOKING FACE ED. (254 copies) and SCREAMING FACE ED. (254 copies). Numbered with red ink stamp

Motherfuckers 'I'm Not a Fucker' 7"
(Sheffield Phonographic Corporation)
One-sided surf-horror masterpiece on chunky red vinyl. One of the best rock & roll songs out of the UK in the last few years? I think so.     2.50

NERVOUS PATTERNS - 'You can't change' (Zaxxon) 7"
1 from Alicja Lost Sound, 1 from Jay Lost Sound/Reatard. 1 track is fierce and diverse in structure, the other may well be the best pop song ever written! But who wrote which...? RED WAX   3.50

ORIGINAL THREE - 'Unplug' (SYA) 7"
A couple of dark little numbers recorded by former Lost Sounds folk, featuring one Black Lip. Excellent catchy, heavy stuff with songs all about New Orleans.     3

Persuaders CD     (Shattered)
Anthology of everything these fuzzed out punkers ever did. Features the talents of the mighty triumvirate of King Louie, Jason Panzer Craft, and of course Shaggy.    6

Reatards  'Monster Child'    7"  (Zaxxon)
Just found a few of these! Whoo!     3.50

Jay Reatard "Hammer I Miss You" 7" (Goner)
BACK IN STOCK!!! Jay's latest and maybe best thing ever! Not the "break a bottle, burn the house down, cut yourself with the glass and scream while running bleeding through the flames" attack of the
Reatards or the synthetic alien feel of the Lost Sounds stuff- this is almost pop, then it goes around corners and whacks you in the head. Melodic, punk, and great!    2.50
