Poem From My Window I look out my window, And what do I see? My garden’s ablooming. And birds in the tree. The sun shines so brightly, And shadows I see; The soft winds are blowing The limbs on the tree. The hummingbird is feeding, From a honeysuckle vine; He feeds from God’s bounty, It doesn’t cost him a dime. Like the sparrow in the scriptures, From God’s feeding bin; He returns for his dinner, Again and again. So I look out my window, And what do I see? The miracle of God’s blessings He’s giving to me! |
