Florida Vacation
August 2003
<    I forgot to take a picture of our house.... but it was in this community called Loma Linda which means "Pretty Hill" in English.
Our house that we rented for me, AJ, my mom, Steve and Alison was here.   >
<    While in Florida, we went to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Here are a few of the attractions we saw.... The Spiderman ride was THE BEST ever... Even my mom liked it and she doesn't like rides lol.

< Jurassic Park: Had a huge dinosaur and lots of cool stuff to look at... Seuss Landing: we just walked through here, but it made you feel like you were in some kind of a fantasy cartoon land.. The Marvel Super Hero Island thing was cool... they had all of these larger than life drawings of all of your favorite comic strip heros and villians. Some of the buildings were made to look like they were drawn on paper. It was really neat. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville is where we hung out after a long day once because it started to pur and that was the only place we found to jump into really quickly. City walk was an imitation city-thing that had stores and stuff that you could go into, a movie theatre and much more. The Incredible Hulk coaster was pretty cool. There was a long ride up to the top of the ride when you were on it and then just as you started to see outside of the tunnel you were in, it shot you out really fast.
The Dueling Dragons roller coaster was really cool because it did exactly what you see in this picture. It brought you so close to the other dragon that it made you feel like you had to tuck your knees to your chest. We all had a blast! Except for the violent thunderstorms that magically came around at 4 pm EVERYDAY. It was like clockwork... lol. At Sea World, we saw a bunch of cool shows and animals. We even got to feed and pet dolphins! At Discovery Cove, we actually got to swim with thousands of tropical fish and hang around with some cool birds... my pictures are on the next page.
