Background: He hid in one of the crates of supplies Judith had ordered in order to evade the wrath of the person he had just pickpocket from and was quite surprised to wake and find himself aboard.

Tommy is on board but you never see him. You only know he's there because things go missing. Like food and drink. And things get moved around where he can't help being light-fingered. (This may lead to other crew getting accused of things they didn't do)
