In the heart of Myrtle Beach, this is a cute 2 BR, 2 1/2 BA Townhouse that is available for your Vacation and is located in a quiet neighborhood only 2 blocks from the ocean/beach! It is very close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer - Airport (10 mins), Golf Courses, Shopping, Restaurants, Broadway at the Beach (approx 9 blocks), and all of the other amusements and attractions! Sleeps 6 - each bedroom has a queen size bed and the sofa makes into a queen size bed. Each Bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. The townhouse is completely furnished, including linens. There is an in-unit washer & dryer, full kitchen, and LR/DR combo. When you arrive in Myrtle Beach, our property manager will meet you with the key and at the end of your stay you will leave it in the unit. That's it - the property manager will take care of the cleaning when you leave. This house is available for 7 night stays from March through September and longer or shorter stays can be negotiated. (It is also available for monthly or seasonal rentals November through February.) A $100 Security Deposit is required to reserve your stay and it will be returned upon inspection after your stay if the unit is damage free. This is a No Smoking Unit and No pets are allowed.
