About me:
My name is Robert Hawley Lepine Sr. I am the third son of Elwood Lepine and Lord knows where I line up being with Nina Showell. My middle brother Peter and I were raised by our Aunt and Uncle, Adolphe and Dora Lepine. They found us in Portage-du-Fort Quebec in a playpen outside filled with dogshit and hair, we were so sick with pneumonia so bad that we both spent weeks in the Hospital. I was 9 months old, Peter was 2 yrs. Back in 1960 there was no Hospital card, or welfare and money was scarce but they paid the bills with Dr. Horner wavering his fee.
I am the proud father of 5 children,
Jennifer-Lee
, Joannie-Lynn
Robert Hawley Jr.
,
Nina,

Marc-André .
| One of the happiest days in my life was the day I became a Grand-pa. May 5th., 2003 Joannie had a beautiful baby girl Jade Olivia St-Pierre. Poppa will always love his princess. |

| In 1998 I married the greatest lady any man could ever ask for. October 10th Ginette and I had a Limo drive us to the Quyon United Church and exchange our vows in the presence of our closest family and friends. We had a dinner and reception and the Quyon Beach Barn, with over 2oo hundred guest, a night that I will always remember, Thanks Gin, "love you always"... |

With Ginette
came into my life she brought along her 2 children Jessica and Christopher. In November I was elected as a
Municipal Councillor for the Municipality of Pontiac for a term of 4 yrs. '98
-'02. I was defeated in the 2002 elections basically because I refused to play
along with the Mayor and some councillors in their hard nose approach what seems
to be a wedge that divides the Municipality, east vs. west. I believe that an elected
councillor must always do what is right for everyone, (at least most of them,
you can't make everyone happy). I am proud of my accomplishments as a councillor, I
manage to replace almost of the sidewalks in Quyon, and put some where there was
never any before, fix a section of Quyon that flooded people from their homes
during spring high water, bla bla
bla. Well after the 2005 elections the kingpin of trouble makers lost his
re-election bid, payback is sweet.
December 1st. 1999, I had a fall at work that change my life what seems to be forever, After a long operation I was told that I need to remain in the Ottawa Civic Hospital for 10 days but I check myself out after 3. Ginette saw my 18 ft. fall and stayed by my bed the entire time that I was hospitalized, what a sweetheart, I never forget that.
I have three childhood memories that I remember the most, one when I was very little I dropped a Santa Claus cup from my highchair and it broke, its toque came around his head to make the handle, and the second was I remember cutting an orange with a knife and I cut my right thumb open, I just remember so much blood, it would not stop bleeding. Third I was 8 0r 9, Roy Racine and I walk in the front of the Bank of Montreal in Bryson while it was being robbed. We made it up to the end of the block when the Routliffe's gave the robbers a little Pontiac awakening, All I remember was the gun fire it sounded like a war, I'll bet that between the Routliffe's and the robbers there was over a hundred shots, one of the robbers died the next day over his wounds. Sucks to be him.
In 2007 I will be getting a new Tattoo
This is It
