Hold on to me love
You know I cant stay long
All I wanted to say was I love you and I'm not afraid
Can you hear me?
Can you feel me in your arms?
Holding my last breath
Safe inside myself
Are all my thoughts of you
Sweet raptured light
It ends here tonight

The members of Evolution shared one more look as Hunter leaned down kissing the top of Lita's head before they left the locker room to head towards the ring, leaving Lita alone to watch the action at ringside on the little TV unit sitting on the table.

Tonight had been along time coming but come it had, Hunter finally facing off one on one against Goldberg for the World Championship Title, which, Lita knew, to Hunter that meant the other members of Evolution accompaning him to ringside would come to his rescue if the need arose. The cocky expression plastered to his face as he made his way through the curtain telling her and everyone else that he knew it too.

Randy followed, tonight for him meant the start of 'his beginning' as something new to be enjoyed by the WWE fans and feared by the WWE wrestlers and after tonight, the only direction his career would be going... was up.

And lastly came Flair, the tough, hard edged sixteen time world champion, always on the look out for up and coming superstars who as of a few weeks ago thanks to a few carefully planned matches and a few words of praise from her, began to see unique superstar qualities in the young man that preceeded him.

Yes, her plan was coming together nicely. Yet in the back of her mind she had to wonder when her goal had changed from 'Women's Championship Title' to 'Hunter Hurst Helmsley.'

I'll miss the winter
A world of fragile things
Look for me in the white forest
Hiding in a hollow tree (come find me)
I know you hear me
I can taste it in your tears
Holding my last breath
Safe inside myself
Are all my thoughts of you
Sweet raptured light
It ends here tonight

She had been cleared to wrestle for a while now but still she held back. The Womens Championship Title no longer held any meaning to her for some reason, instead she had focused all her energy on the man currently in the ring. Focused on pleasing him, instructing him, winning him... and after tonight she would come to mean more to him than that damn title belt he carried over his shoulder, displaying to one and all that the title belonged to him and him alone.

The crowds roar that shook the walls of the lavishly decorated locker room she sat in brought her attention back to the action that was happening down at ringside.

She saw Goldberg lying prone in the middle of the ring with Hunter standing over him, a grin peeking out through the blood that ran down his face with sledge hammer in hand.

She saw Flair in one corner holding the referee back as Randy made his was towards Hunter with Hunter's Championship belt in his hands. He pointed towards the belt and clapped his hands, motioning with a nod of his head for Hunter to get the pin and keep his title.

She almost felt sorry for Hunter as Flair freed the referee while Hunter got down and covered Goldberg.

"One!"

"Two!"

"Thr-"

The sound of Hunters Championship belt connecting with the back of his head and Randy rolling both men over so Goldberg now covered Hunter had the crowd in an uproar! Flair was the wildcard she knew but her reservations soon flew out the window as he merely shrugged, again pushing the stunned referee down to the mat to begin the count.

"One!"

"Two!"

"Three!"

Closing your eyes to disappear
You pray your dreams will leave you here
But still you wake and know the truth
No one's there
Say goodnight
Dont be afraid
Calling me, calling me as you fade to black

The look of confusion and betrayal that passed over Hunters face was priceless. She saw him pinch himself as if to wake himself from a dream, Goldbergs form holding up his World Championship Title and the crowds roar of approval lost on him as he watched Flair and Randy making their way up the ramp.

His eyes met Flair's, but once again Flair just shrugged mouthing the words 'Legend Killer' while pointing towards Randy who had his arms raised above his head, his mouth slanted in a smirk as he returned Hunter's stare.

Yes, everything had gone exactly as she had planned.
