| Art ascends to the moon, Metro City Plaza II , Po Lam MTR | 5th sept to 18th sept, 2008 | |
| I am happy to join this exhibition in metro city plaza II. I am amazed by the size of the mall and the vitality of the place. There are so many neighbours around, they are all curious of what is happening. And they show their passions to the art works exhibited. I want to tell artists that there are also ordinary viewers and they also love art too. | ||

This is the space that I would install my works. I quite like the idea of displaying my works outside the gallery space, and also at night. There were torches that would let the audiences to go inside the dark alley and looking for works! I did believe some would miss out some works. |

TANG YING MUI (鄧凝梅) Graduated with a BSc (fine art) in Goldsmiths College and a MSc in University of Westminster. She had worked as an IT professional and lived in London for more than ten years. Currently working as an artist in Hong Kong. She uses un-advanced technology, unsophisticated skills and materials (wire and packaging tape, plastic wrapped wire, textile fur, etc) from the industry to build up works and explores the fragile condition of human’s existence, the external and internal boundaries built around people.
