MISCELLANEOUS * (2024/10/29) The Charlene Choi Cheuk-yin and Louis Cheung Kai Chung starred Lunar New Year film DOH WOK GUM (WAGER A WOK OF GOLD) had a "trespassing production" storm, but as Tsui Tin Yau's wife Olive Wong expressed her hope that the matter has come to an end. The incident seemed to have subsided. The press caught Ah Sa at work on the set. Ah Sa was in a good mood that day, and the trespassing production storm has not affected her at all. She appeared in a housewife look, and even staged a big fight with Jia Xiaochen (JJ). According to producer Ng Kin Hung, DOH WOK GUM (WAGER A WOK OF GUM, tentative title) would be a comedy; but due to the tight schedule, hopefully it will be released on the Lunar New Year. A few days ago at about 1 p.m., Ah Sa appeared at Shau Kei Wan Market. She appeared to be in a beautiful mood, transformed into a "housewife" with a polka-dot shirt and dressed in a low-key and simple manner; the scene mainly had Ah Sa wandering around the market, buying vegetables and pork, carrying bags after bags. Suddenly something triggered her and she got upset, became a "mad woman", and turned her hair into quite a mess. Ah Sa's solo show took around two hours to shoot, soon JJ, who has not appeared in public for a long time, appeared on the set in a floral shirt with an extremely strong housewife flavor. Constantly complaining about the hardship of motherhood on social media, she seemed to be in decent shape. Since it was JJ's first day at work, as soon as she arrived she immediately presented incense sticks to the four corners and prayed for a smooth start. She then immediately took her mark in a scene opposite Ah Sa. In the plot mainly Ah Sa and JJ had a struggle at the butcher stall. The two of them got louder and louder, and then they even started to pull at each other's clothes. Ah Sa even used the bags of vegetables in her hand to hit JJ like crazy; On camera the two fought fiercely, but after the director stopped the cameras the two laughed very happily. This shoot went on for about an hour, JJ then rapidly left while Ah Sa continued her solo performance. Due to the very hot weather, when not in a scene Ah Sa held the fan to cool down. She also sat down while resting and reading the script. She would take the initiative to chat with the film producer Ng Kin Hung and study her blocking. Everyone chatted and laughed, waving arms and legs. Ah Sa's friendly demeanor even made the on set atmosphere very light and pleasant, seemingly the earlier "trespassing production" storm has not affected anyone's mood. However, as the main location on the day of filming was the market, the team did not specifically block the streets and attracted many passers-by to watch. The staff was required to maintain order once. The shoot ended about 6:30 p.m., as Ah Sa went to a nearby shop to change and left. With the film market downturn, even Lunar New Year films have been impacted. October finally brought 3 movies into production, all of which are expected to be launched in time for the Lunar New Year in January next year. Although the movie is being filmed, because she was busy with the Twins' concert tour, Ah Sa asked the team for a 5-day holiday early on to rest. She is currently abroad, and would return to the production to continue to work after recharging her batteries. * (2024/10/29) Lily Li Lai Lai, a Shaw Brothers actress in the 70s who has participated in many TVB dramas such as MORTAL COMBAT (KOI SAI HO HUP) and WAR AND BEAUTY (GUM JI YUK YIP), reportedly passed away from cancer on Sunday at the age of 74. Senior media person Wang Man Ling yesterday posted on social media, revealing that she received the news of Li Lai Lai's passing from cancer two days ago. She shared a still of Li Lai Lai and Candy Man Suet Yee from the THE ROMANCE OF THE WHITE HAIR MAIDEN CTV drama 40 years ago, as well as a Shaw's female star gathering many years ago. The photo was from 2006 at the 6th Chinese Film Media Award. She lamented that 5 out of the 8 people in the photo already passed away. Aside from Li Lai Lai, Ching Li, Fang Ying, Cheng Pei Pei and Chin Ping did as well. She admitted that everyone would at different times walk on the same path of passing. In addition, senior media worker Wang Man Ling also revealed Li Lai Lai's condition before her death. She said that she learned from a friend that Li Lai Lai had been found to have a shadow in her lungs a few years ago, but she did not follow up. This month she suddenly was diagnosed with cancer that had spread. She was admitted to the hospital for about a month, and passed away at about 6 o'clock the night before. Li Lai Lai's good friend Victor Yan said that Li Lai Lai had end stage lung cancer. After playing a final game of mahjong with her, friends sent her to the hospital. Did Victor know whether Li Lai Lai accepted any treatment? He said, "She dragged her feet as long as she could and pretended that she was fine." Li Lai Lai falsely declared her age at the age of 11 to apply for the Shaw Brothers actors training class, officially graduated at the age of 16 and joined the Shaw Brothers. She became a martial arts actress, in 1970 she worked with John Chiang Dai Wai in THE WANDERING SWORDSMAN (YAU HUP YI) as the lead actress. She was even linked in gossip with Chiang Dai Wai at the time. In 1980 she co-starred with Jackie Chan in THE YOUNG MASTER (SI DAI CHOOK MA). After the completion of her Shaw Brothers contract, she joined CTV, RTV, and finally switched to TVB in 2000 to retiring in 2022, and participated in more than 100 dramas for more than 30 years. They included MORTAL COMBAT (KOI SAI HO HUP), DEMI-GODS AND SEMI-DEVILS (TIN LUNG BAK BO), WAR AND BEAUTY (GUM JI YUK YIP) and BEYOND THE REALM OF CONSCIENCE (GUNG SUM GA), etc. In 2020, she left the nest in a low-key manner on the grounds of old age and physical discomfort, and FORENSIC HEROES IV (FAT JING SIN FUNG IV) became her farewell work. Her portrayal of MAMA XU in BEYOND THE REALM OF CONSCIENCE received raves. After retirement she rarely appeared in public. Reportedly she liked to play mahjong with friends. According to Li Lai Lai's friends, she felt unwell two years ago and was found to have a pulmonary shadow after examination, but she was not concerned at the time. She was admitted to the hospital again a month ago due to further discomfort, and cancer cells were found in her lungs and brain. * (2024/10/29) The "37th Tokyo International Film Festival" officially opened yesterday. Many Hong Kong films were selected this year, and many Hong Kong filmmakers can be seen on the scene. Best Actor Tony Leung Chiu Wai even led "To Sir" Johnnie To Kei Fung and the rest of this year's competition jury as its chair on the red carpet. Hong Kong films have shined at this year's film festival, as many works have been selected and would premiere there. The PORT OF CALL (DAP HUET CHUM MUI) director Philip Yung Tsz Kwong directed, Sean Lau Ching Wan starred PAPA was the first Hong Kong film in competition in 6 years. Yesterday the PAPA team has yet to be seen. The Dayo Wong Tze Wah, Michael Hui Koo Man, Michelle Wai Sze Nga and others starred THE LAST DANCE (POR. DEI YUK) was selected for the "World Focus" section. Yesterday director Anselm Chan Mou Yin stepped on the red carpet with the stars. When asked about attending the Tokyo Film Festival, Wong Tze Wah said, "I am very honored to come and experience a major ecent." Hui Koon Man was very excited and again thanked Chan Mou Yin for creating an uniquely good script. Wai Sze Nga said, "Today I am able to walk the red carpet with two god class actors, This memory is both valuable and priceless." Director Chan Mou Yin could not wait to interact with the audience there. The new generation director Oliver Chan Siu Guen directed, written and produced, Hedwig Tam Sin Yin, Siuyea Lo Chun Yip starred MONTAGES OF A MODERN MOTHERHOOD (FU DUK BUT) was selected for the "Women's Empowerment" section. Everyoen have flown there to appear at the opening ceremony. Also on hand were Sylvia Chang Ai-jia and Karena Lam Ka Yan from DAUGHTER'S DAUGHTER, P13XL member George Au Chun King, Sheena Chan Shu Yan and Summer Chan Chi Huen from VALLEY IN THE SHADOW OF DEATH (BUT SEH JI JUI), a selection for the Asia Future section. In addition, during the festival seminars will take place for actors from all over the world to exchange ideas. The martial arts superstar of a generation Sammo Hung Kam Bo was invited to attend a masterclass to share how his wonderful acting journey and passion, perseverance and humility have shaped the life philosophy of "Big Brother" in the film industry, from his childhood training in Beijing Opera to his unforgettable experience as an actor, action director and director. * (2024/10/28) A member of the guy group ERROR, Dee Ho Kai Wa and Locker Lam Ka Hei played firefighters in the new film CESIUM FALLOUT (FUN SING). They were interviewed a few days ago. Going into life and death situations and as close as brothers, they put on "golden armors" to rescue people trapped in the fire. The most memorable scene for Dee was when he had to carry an 8-year-old child to escape from the disaster scene. He said, "This shoot was very rough. In the story the character is hurt and can feel that his physical strength is starting to decline. Before the shoot the director asked me how many takes I could do, I say at most two takes. Finally we did 3, by the 3rd take I thought, 'why have the child gotten so much heavier?' Months later we need additional shoots, but on the set I saw the child has gotten much taller and a size larger. I immediately got chills in my heart." He joked that if the director needed more re-shoots, the child would have to carry him. Dee said that CESIUM FALLOUT was physically the most difficult production in his career. Wearing the heavy and stuffy "golden armor", he entered the intense fire for the shoot and also had to handle many action scenes. Everyday was like being in the sauna. Although he has to work at least 8 to 10 hours a day, he also found it fun. After work he felt like he was working on a superhero movie; after experience a war he was completely "drained" and much thinner. However he felt that the movie was worth all the hardship. "This was an once in a lifetime experience, perhaps no one would ask me to play a firefighter again. This time I deeply sensed that the job of a firefighter was truly not a simple one." In addition to successfully challenging the limits of his physical strength, Dee also had emotional scenes and the director gave him space to perform. He said that when filming another major scene, the director put forward the request of "torturing you to death", but it inspired him to sublimate his acting skills. "The shoot went on for over a hour, the director pushed me to the limits. After completion my body felt a little unwell, but it was a lot of fun. Actually my acting could go so far, which helped me increase a lot of nutrients." For Locker the most memorable was bringing reality into the film when he worked injured. In the film his character had to jump half a story from the second floor, then jumped down again and got hurt. He said, "A character was really injured. During the filming, I really injured my right leg when I landed. The doctor said that I had a second-degree ligament tear. I toughed out the pain and kept performing. Luckily since the character was injured, for two months I limped to play the firefighter. The production wasn't affected and I was fine with just being myself. However I had to shoot the ViuTV drama SPARKS at the same time. My leg was tremendously swollen, and I had to ride in a wheelchair to the ice skating rank for work." He said that when he was not working, he would go for acupuncture, blood letting and physical therapy. When asked if he has recovered, Locker said, "Walking isn't a problem anymore. I don't need any further physical therapy, but the ligament isn't as flexible as it used to be. I have to stretch diligently." The on set injury has not scared him away from taking another action film, because action film productions were his favorite. * (2024/10/28) Martial arts movie star Philip Wu Won Lung recently gave a radio interview, revealing that he was bullied when he was a child; so he started to practice martial arts. "When I was little Papa taught me kung fu because he wanted to help me release my energy, so when I finished practicing I could be quieter. When I was 13 years old, my classmates punched me in the chest and knocked me down. Since then I began to study martial arts seriously." Philip pointed out that kung fu is a technique that can be used to knock out opponents in the most powerful, direct and simple way, while at the same time protecting himself. "I mainly use kung fu for film shoots. Of course I have to know the goal before I can express it first." In March this year, his production company started filming on the film MO MING FOR (NAMELESS FIRE), in which he not only fought but also challenged Indonesian martial arts and the use of tiger hook knife for the first time. * (2024/10/27) Louis Cheung Kai Chung and Angus Yeung Tin Yu co-starred in the movie INEXTERNAL (LUI YING OI HUP). Yesterday they went to the theater with director Steve Yuen Kim Wai to thank the audience. Cheung Kai Chung played the villain in the film, and he never forgot that shooting a series of fight scenes that caused a thigh strain. He had to endure the pain and stay awake to complete the all-night scene. Yeung Tin Yu described the hardest parts were overcoming his fear of heights and receiving a series of difficult stunt training. Cheung Kai Chung felt that the subject of INEXTERNAL (LUI YING OI HUP) was novel, including fantasy and intense action scenes. Although the filming process was hard, it but worth it. His character was fierce and terrifying, but he would not mind letting his son support the film. "The movie has a little comic book style, I hope my son will bring his classmates to the show. It would be the best for them to buy tickets and enter the theater to support me." Other releases of the same time included CESIUM FALLOUT (FUN SING) and THE LAST DANCE (POR. DEI YUK), but he was not worried about the box office impact. He believed that the current film market was not like before, everyone should unite to improve the market. The TVB program SCAM ALERT! mentioned the "Beverly Hills rich imposter 400 million scam", and it was rumored that people in the circle, including Elena Kong Mei Yee and Mr. and Mrs Cheung Kai Chung fell for the scam. Cheung Kai Chung denied being involved. "I have never been scammed, and the rumors sound convincing interesting. Mrs. Cheung (Kay Tse On Kay) and I have not been deceived." He lived in the same district as the person involved in the case, and they only knew each other because of his neighborly relationship. He reiterated that he did not give any money to the other party for investment. He did not believe in free lunches the world, so he would never dare to rashly hand over money to his friends to invest. It would not be in line with his character. He said that the biggest investment was his health, or mainly long-term and stable ones. He has not even made any stock speculation. After work he would mostly go home and be with his family. He rarely went out for dinner, so he was not involved. * (2024/10/27) Louis Koo Tin Lok, Gigi Leung Wing Kei, Chrissie Chau Sau Na, Peter Chan Charm Man, Louise Wong Dan Nei, Tony Wu Tsz Tung, German Cheung Man Kit, and Philip Ng Won Lung appeared at Central yesterday for the ROB N ROLL (LUM SI GIP ONG) director Albert Mak Kai Kwong directed Hong Kong-made Lunar New Year film LUM SI KUET DAU (LAST MINUTE DUEL). The set had lion dance, firecrackers, couplets and was filled with Lunar New Year atmosphere. Koo Tin Lok was rumored to make the Lunar New Year at the last minute, and asked the rising in popularity actors from TWILIGHT OF THE WARRIORS: WALLED IN to star; but due to how sudden it was, out of the "Four Sons of the Walled City" only Wu Tsz Tung and Cheung Man Kit had room on their schedules. Goo Jai said that he mainly wanted to make a happy movie this time, which had nothing to do with the rumored "bailout of the market". Everything was planned. With the Lunar New Year 3 months away, the production would not be rushed. Leung Wing Kei and Koo Tin Lok have worked together on the 2002 Lunar New Year film FAT CHOI SPIRIT (LEK GU LEK GU SUN NIN CHOI). Their previous collaboration was ABERDEEN (HEUNG GONG JAI) 10 years ago. At the time she was not a mother yet. She said, "Working together again on a Lunar New Year comedy, Goo Jai still has quite a sense of humor. We play husband and wife in the movie, mainly it is about overcoming the obstacles within and challenging yourself. It's pretty inspiring." Goo Jai said that the most difficult part of making a comedy was that many jokes were not written in the scripts, but from on the spot group improvisations during the shoot. Leung Wing Kei had boxing training before and realized that getting hurt was very easy. "I don't have many boxing scenes, I would leave them for Chau Sau Na and Wong Dan Nei. However I would have my hair pulled in the mix." Goo Jai felt that girl fights without any protective measures would be easier to get hurt in than boxing. Would he take special care of the actresses during fight scenes? Goo Jai joked, "I haven't 'kissed' girls." Playing a retired Hong Kong boxing champion in the film, he revealed that he would have a fight scene and even opposite Cheung Man Kit in a master and disciple duel. Was he worried that he would be no match for Cheung Man Kit? He joked, "He (Cheung Man Kit) will have to improvise, he can't hit me at will." Would he work out for the role in the film? He said, "I'm retired, I have to take a break. Leave that for the younger actors. (Would Aaron Kwok Fu Sing guest star?) I don't know yet." Speaking of Patrick Kong (Yip Lim Sum)'s new film MAHJONG NUI WONG JUI NAM JAI parodying TWILIGHT OF THE WARRIORS: WALLED IN characters "Tornado" and "Shun Yat", Goo Jai said that they were very funny. He thought Benz Hui Siu Hung as "Tornado" had a lot of comedic effect. The Lunar New Year film would be pretty happy and he was not upset. "The character has to be successful for it to be parodied." Earlier at a fan held birthday party, when he picked up a baby and heard the baby cry he immediately handed it back to the parents. Goo Jai said, "When the baby cries of course you give it back to the parents, it is very reasonable. (When would you hold one of your own?) I don't know. (Next year?) Do you think I am an alien? Able to asexually reproduced?" Missing Raymond Lam Fung and Terrance Lau Chun Him from the "Four Sons of the Walled City", Cheung Man Kit and Wu Tsz Tung both expressed regret. Ng Won Lung felt that if everyone together would be even better, but the Lunar New Year film has many actors in the cast and would be very cheerful and joyous. Would he play the villain again? Ng Won Lung said that he did not know because the script kept changing. Originally he did not need to fight, now he has to box too. "Earlier I took two months off to recover from the leg injury, so I have to train to get into a little better shape." Wu Tsz Tung and Cheung Man Kit had the same master in the film. The former said that he has exercised before the production started and was a little thinner. He did not deliberately work out, because he did not need to be very big to box. Cheung Man Kit said, "Wu Tsz Tung would fight with a Thai boxer. I would fight with Mr. Koo, who would play the Hong Kong boxing champion. (Would he dared to hit his boss?) No, it would depend on the moves the action director would come up with. Even if we have to fight fol real we have to take every opponents seriously." They said that the action scenes would not be as tough as TWILIGHT, because the Lunar New Year film would pay more attention to comedy. In addition, Chau Sau Na and Wong Dan Nei revealed that in the film they played female boxers and would have many fight scenes. Chau Sau Na said that after returning from making a drama in Malaysia she has already begun Muay Thai training, and she has been in training for a month. However on the first day of work when she fought with Wang Dan Nei she immediately got hurt. "In the story she and I started to fight with our bare hands, I couldn't use the gloves. In the chaos a chair hit my left leg. At first I thought it was just a scratch, but the wound burst open. I even had to go to the hospital for 5 stitches. No one wants an accident to happen." Wong Dan Nei also suffered minor injuries from this scene and was bleeding from her ankle. Luckily she did not need stitches. Wong Dan Nei joked, "Our goal is very clear, we are fighting over Chan Charm Man." * (2024/10/27) Michelle Wai Sze Nga, Catherine Chau Ka Yee, Rachel Leung Yung Ting and others attended the Emperor Motion Picture THE LAST DANCE (POR. DEI YUK) preview screening. Friends in the business Shiga Lin, Philip Ng Won Lung, Baby Po Pui Yu appeared to show their support. Actress Michelle won the "Best Chinese Film and Television Actress" award at the 39th Huading Awards with last. She happily said after winning the actress award for the first time, "No matter how big or small the award is, it encourages and recognizes actors." She also said that after winning the award, she was more confident in competing for the "Best Actress" at the Hong Kong Film Awards. She wished for good box office performance, so she could celebrate with the crew after her return from the Tokyo International Film Festival. The credit for the award did not belong to her alone; it relied on everyone's joint effort. She even hoped that she would wish a few more awards. Chau Ka Yee revealed that she was about to visit Egypt and joked that she would look for her boyfriend from her previous life. Michelle heard and said that on her wedding day she would toss the bouquet to her and introduce the groom's party to her. "Several brothers are OK. They are close to Chau Ka Yee's age and are professionals. Many of my fiance's classmates and friends are doctors, some are not married yet." Ka Yee smiled and said, "I feel like I am going to matchmaking, not being a bridesmaid. I can sense everyone's love for me and care about my love life. Earlier a fortune teller said that the relationship has already appeared, but I haven't realized it. Maybe I am too focused on work and haven't noticed." Leung Yung Ting has a boyfriend of 6 years and a stable relationship. They have no plan to wed yet because they have fear of marriage. They have seen many people around them making a big deal about their wedding. If she would wed she definitely would have proposed to her boyfriend out of impulse. As for Shiga Lin, she said that she would not deliberately lose weight because of breast feeding. She was still 6 pounds away from her target weight though. She said that she would like to try for another baby, but it would not happen next year. "The in-laws have 3 grandchildren within a year, so I don't have as much pressure. While our daughter is still little, I planned to travel with just my husband (Carlos Chan Ka Lok); because when she gets a little older we won't have the opportunity to anymore." Speaking of earlier Tsui Tin Yau's wife Olive accusing Ng Kin Hung's film production team of trespassing her shop for a shoot, Ng Kin Hung issued a statement to deny the claim. Shiga Lin worked on the Ng Kin Hung produced LAN KWAI FONG (HEI OI YEH PO), and said that back then they booked the entire night spot for the location shoot. They had no incident of trespassing into other people's shops for production. She has yet to run into something like this in her career. * (2024/10/27) Jeffrey Ngai Chun Sun, Ivana Wong Yuen Chi, Louise Wong Dan Nei, Dee Ho Kai Wa, Locker Lam Ka Hei and others attended the music video premiere of their movie CESIUM FALLOUT (FUN SING)'s promotional song "LIFETIME TEAMMATES" yesterday. Dee revealed during the filming many students screamed at Jeffrey, and pointed out that working with the boys have been very pleasant. "ERROR members bully me all day long, treat me like a pet; with them I am like a human." Speaking of ERROR group mate Poki Ng being linked in rumors with "sports goddess" Wong Jik Wing, Dee did not believe them. "I hope Poki would quickly get out of the abyss. Everyone please spare him and stop sniping at him." In the music video Jeffrey, Dee and Lockers were wet in white tank tops and showed off their arms. Wong Yuen Chi joked that they should release a calendar. Dee said that during the shoot he did not wear the full firefighter gear, only tank tops and pants for the shoot. Jeffrey joked, "If the movie becomes a box office hit, Ah Dee could even wear no pants!" Dee struck back, "This film has many male actors. If we don't wear pants, Jeffrey should be in the top three. It won't be my turn." Jeffrey said that even with a good box office performance, they could not remove their pants to thank the audience. He joked that they could remove shoes instead of pants, and also said that he would dare to remove his shirt and appear topless. "I have been working out for a movie later. I have actually achieved abdominal muscles and I can show them to everyone." Speaking of salary, Dee admitted to being an "all you can eat actor" and was quite a value. Jeffrey said that the new generation actors could all "take a beating". Now Hong Kong has few film productions, he already considered himself lucky for having the opportunity to perform. Dee added, "Charging too much for salary is impossible, I am already very happy to be able to participate." Wong Yuen Chi said that she saw Wong Dan Nei putting on the "golden armor" for the production at the premiere and felt bad for her. She heard her say that she lost 10 pounds from working in the fire in high heat. She looked envious and said, "I really want to play a firefighter, but I was embarrassed to say it." Wong Dan Nei felt that Wong Yuen Chi had the potential to play a firefighter. They have trained together earlier as well. * (2024/10/26) Karen Mok Man Wai, Gardner Tse Kwan Ho, Bowie Lam Bo Yi, Jeffrey Ngai Chun Sun, Dee Ho Kai Wa, Michael Chow Man Kin and Louise Wong Dan Nei attended the premiere of the movie CESIUM FALLOUT (FUN SING) the night before, and the lead actor Andy Lau Tak Wa was unable to attend because of his concert tour. Mok Man Wai returned to film after 10 years, and she even dedicated her first time to CESIUM FALLOUT. Her acting bug got its fill, which made her want to make more movies. However she would resist sexy performances. Mok Man Wai said that she has not made a Hong Kong film for nearly 10 years, but this time because of the invitation of the boss Bill Kong Chi Keung and Lau Tak Wa. In addition it was a disaster movie, the subject was more special and the message behind it was very meaningful. "If I don't make it this time, I don't know whether I would have another chance to." In the film she and Michael Chow Man Kin played husband and wife, and even she had to slap him. She smiled and said that she gave her first time to the movie. "Although it was just a slap in the film, but it was actually five or six slaps. Chow Man Kit is great. He told me to really hit and not hold back, but I was so cowardly because I have never tried to slap a boy before. I was raised well so I would feel sorry. Finally his face was red from me hitting him, and I really feel sorry. (Did you practice with your husband beforehand?) No." She also pointed out that working with Wa Jai was great, and he was able to bring her into the role. Every scenes between them were like powder kegs. She even had to smack the table and quarrel. Although it was exhausting, it was also very enjoyable. She was grateful to him for helping her getting into character. She said that this production has brought back a lot of memories for her. She wanted to make more movies when she would have the opportunity, but not sexy performances because she has done them before and her stage performances have been rather wild as well. Speaking of Stephen Chow Sing Chi preparing for the new film WOMEN'S SOCCER, Mok Man Wai bluntly said that if he would invite her she would glady agree. However she would not call him. "If he has needs he would find me, I would gladly play any role. Sing Jai's movies are a lot of fun, let's see what fate has in store for us." However they made fewer contacts, and she would not solicit him herself. Jeffrey and Dee both played firefighters in the film. The most memorable for them was wearing the "golden armor" firefighter uniform into the fire for the shoot, which exhausted a lot of energy, hot and so stuffy that they were covered in sweat. They said, "This armor was 30 to 40 pounds. For every shoot we were sweating like crazy all over like we were in THE HOUSE OF DANCING WATER, the dehydration level was stronger than drinking black coffee." Dee said that actually before the shoot he wanted to lose weight, but during the shoot he no longer needed to. Ngai Chun Sun would not eat during previous productions, but this time he could not help but have a rice box; otherwise he would feel faint. He also said that he almost had a heat stroke. He said that his face was red like a roast pig. He was so hot that he needed to drink electrolyzed water and down water like mad to reduce the temperature. Lam Bo Yee played the fire chief. Although he did not need to shoot in the fire, the set had no air conditioning so he could feel how hot it was. Before getting into the business he was a firefighter, so he joked that years later he finally got a "promotion". Earlier when he had dinner with his firefighter friends, he also showed them his fire chief stills. Earlier he finished the new TVB drama CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION 12, a role that he has never played before. He described it as being tortured by producer Chung Shu Kai, because he wanted him to be able to perform thoroughly without following the script. After every shot he kept the cameras rolling until he yelled for help. Recently, the Louis Cheung Kai Chung and Charlene Choi Cheuk Yin starred Lunar New Year film caused a location rental storm. The production team broke into the store to shoot without the consent of the owner. With years of acting experience, Lam Bo Yi said that he has not taken notice of the matter, but when he was shooting on location for TVB, security would always drive them away even when they were shooting on the streets and tell them to go further to shoot. He said that in the past when film productions would shoot inside a shop they would apply for it first. Earlier shot in the mainland, the drama "Criminal Investigation 12" applied for all the venues full. He hoped that no one would be a bad boy, if the director did not follow the rules, even if he was called he would refuse. "The director isn't all powerful, I wouldn't. Of course not. If they ask me they might want to die. (Will it be awkward for the actors?) Of course, everybody wants to make things better; but I believe it won't affect the image of Hong Kong films." Running a restaurant business, Ho Kai Wa said that an online movie has also rented the restaurant for a location shoot. When asked if he charged a venue rental fee? He said, "If it overlap with business hours, of course you have to, it is well within reason. However if it was during the break, or just take a photo, then of course it doesn't matter." When asked if he had ever encountered someone forcibly conducting a "commercial shoot" in the restaurant? He said, "Our restaurant is upstairs, and you have to go through security guards when you go upstairs. Outside the restaurant entrance it is very narrow, you don't get to force your way in." He also said that after getting into the industry, film companies have the arrangements, and the actor would not know whether the film has applied in advance. * (2024/10/26) Sandra Ng Kwan Yu was awarded the Honorary Award at the opening ceremony of the 9th London East Asian Film Festival on the evening of October 23rd, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to Asian films. Dressed in a black evening dress, Kwan Yu personally took the stage to accept the award presented by the chairman of the film festival, Tian Huijing, and delivered a sincere acceptance speech to the audience. Kwan Yu was grateful for her "Triple Crown" this year, having just won the "Hong Kong Filmmaker in Profile" award at the 44th Hawaii International Film Festival, and was nominated for the Golden Horse Film Festival Award Best Actress for LOVE LIES (NGOR TAM DIK NA CHEUNG LUEN OI). Receiving another recognition from an overseas film festival, she felt it was extraordinary meaningful. She also emphasized in her thank you speech that she will continue to insist on acting until the last moment. "I will continue to act until the last day. I always think I am so lucky that as an actress, I may not get to act at the age of 35, even less at the age of 40; but I still get to act at this age, so I am very lucky and very grateful." The winners of the Honorary Award at the London East Asian Film Festival have been filmmakers and actors who have made outstanding contributions to Asian cinema, and the previous winner is Korean star Lee Jung-jae of SQUID GAME in 2022. At the opening ceremony, Korea actress Lim Ji-yeon, who starred in "Dark Glory". The two Hong Kong and Korean movie stars exchanged views at the same time and became the focus of the evening, and the two chatted from time to time in a harmonious atmosphere. In addition to Kwan Yu winning the film festival award, LOVE LIES was also selected for the competition section of the East Asian Film Festival in London. Kwan Yu would also attend the screening and share her production experience with the audience after the screening. She looked forward to it. "This week my film should enter its seventh week in release in Hong Kong, I will be attending the audience appreciation event in London. I will see the foreign audience's response at that time. I think it's great, I really look forward to it." In the United Kingdom, Kwan Yu was supposed to take advantage of this trip and visit Jillian, her beloved daughter who was studying there. However she failed to do so. Kwan Yu laughed and pointed out that she won the award and asked her daughter to show her support, but her daughter said that she was very busy with her homework. She felt so relieved that her daughter was so diligent. * (2024/10/26) "The Never Aging Heavenly King" Aaron Kwok Fu Sing has never said quit. Officially "Landing 6" (turning 60) next year, he gave a preview to a series of astonishing workloads. In addition to launching the Southeast Asia tour, he also announced that he will return to the film industry to take on a number of new movies, and put aside his identity to pay a "debt collector". On the other time Sing Sing has long been linked to TWILIGHT OF THE WARRIORS: WALLED IN (GAU LUNG SING JAI JI WAI SING)'s spin-off, but actually it has yet to be confirmed. Kwok Fu Sing just finished his tour in Hong Kong, in December in Taiwan Arena he would continue to perform. Because this year is the 34th anniversary of the establishment of the fan club, Sing Sing chose to celebrate his birthday with fans first. In addition to Hong Kong fans, fans from the mainland, Malaysia, Japan and Taiwan were also present. The venue layout was very in line with his dance king style. Even the birthday cake was shaped like the stage. Today is his 59th birthday, he thanked the fans and the team for their support at the birthday party. He even without warning revealed the crazy work schedule for next year's "Landing 6", which surprised the people present and left them in admiration of the courage of the idol. Sing Sing said that he would actively prepare for the Hong Kong concert series Part 2, and hoped that it would be a new concert. He has also confirmed the mainland shows in the middle of next year. He said, "After the concert series in Taiwan, I will go to Jakarta, Indonesia in January for a concert. I am looking forward to it, because I have never performed there before. I would also be touring in the mainland, I know that I haven't in a very long time. It has already been arranged for the middle of next year." Sing Sing even announced that he would return to the film industry next year after more than a year. He had already selected a number of scripts he liked, including a new movie that had been confirmed to start filming at the end of February. He said that the script moved him, and the role was very attractive. "I am not just about concerts, am I? I like this movie a lot; the role is so sparkling, pretty interesting even without talking. I have never played it at all, I can reveal that I would play a debt collector." As for the rumors that he will work on the prequel to TWILIGHT OF THE WARRIORS: WALLED IN (GAU LUNG SING JAI JI WAI SING), he knew that many people have been paying attention to it and hoping to see the "Killer King" again. In the end he would have to see how the script was written. He revealed that he gave a lot of opinions on the appearance of the "Killer King" that day, and he has participated in the creation of character costumes many times in recent years. Speaking of his birthday wishes, he happily said, "May everyone be healthy and happy." Once again, he has never thought about retirement, and was constantly looking for new directions and developing into different fields. * (2024/10/26) In the movie WISH COMES TRUE (BA HUNG FOOK LAI GUNG YUT DIM), Ling Man Lung played a Kennedy's disease patient. He said that playing an "ALS" patient was a great challenge for him, because he did not know what his physical condition would be tomorrow or when death would come, he always had a fear in his heart. Ling Man Lung deliberately disguised himself to go out alone in a wheelchair, experienced the hardships of "ALS", and frankly said that he enjoyed Lin Minchen's massages. He joked that he felt very happy, after the massage he became handsome. This film was based on a true story. Siu Lung said that the role was quite an enormous challenge, from taking the role to the production start he only had two weeks. He thanked the Kennedy's disease patient, Simon, for sharing his journey. Although he passed away last year, Ling Man Lung was also very grateful to him for sharing his feelings about death honestly at that time, so that he would be able to try to figure it out during the filming process. Ling Man Lung needed to use a wheelchair to perform in the film, and the crew lent him a wheelchair in advance to practice. He wore a hat and a mask and went down the street alone, but he found that just crossing the road was very difficult. "Going over the curb felt like climbing a mountain, I was very helpless and found my sense of fear." Lin Minchen played a masseuse. She said that before entering the industry, she opened a beauty spa in Malaysia and had a masseuse license. The shoot took place three years, and Minchen has not officially come to Hong Kong to develop. She was relatively new to Hong Kong but full of longing, and this opportunity to play a role similar to herself was wonderful. She also pointed out that when she first came to Hong Kong, she did not understand Cantonese, and speaking it was even more difficult. At that time she was filming WISH COMES TRUE and TABLE FOR SIX (FAN HEI GUNG SUM) at the same time, and both had a lot of dialogues. Thus she turned the professional term of the meridian theory into a rap format, because she had no idea what she was saying. "However I am so lucky that my co-star is Ling Man Lung, I really like the variety of sparks from us during the shooting, and I enjoy the process." In the film Minchen had to give Ling Man Lung massages. She smiled and said that they was only on feet and hands, but the crew still gave her the most beautiful essential oil. Ling Man Lung smiled and said, "After the massage I was much more handsome, the meridians all cleared up, and I feel so happy. When I knew that Lin Minchen was the masseuse, I praise the crew for writing this scene very well." Ling Man Lung was most impressed by a scene where Minchen pushed him to play in the heavy rain. "A person who lives a hopeless life is constantly encouraged by others, even if it rains why not go and enjoy it?" Lin Minchen also said, "Having a good time at the moment is a lot of fun, life may have many situations in; but when it rained we got a little small luck, we were able to let go and felt open, when there is sunshine, you can enjoy the sunshine, and when it rains, you can enjoy the romance and the mood of the rainy day. The current atmosphere is really very fun and very enjoyable." However, this time the male and female protagonists did not have intimate scenes, only friendship. Minchen only performed with light makeup without being sexy, she pointed out that in fact, she only wore shorts and vests when filming TABLE FOR SIX; which was more cute than sexy. However her sexy image has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people? She laughed and said, "I think this is a compliment, I think I'm sweeter and cuter." The movie brought out "bringing happiness closer", did Minchen have a sense of happiness now? "Actually, I feel very lucky and happy to come to Hong Kong, because I never thought that I could live in Hong Kong, have so many jobs, and even rent a home by myself." She said. She also ran into a good relationship in Hong Kong (the gossip with Edan Lui Cheuk On)? She gently brushed it off and said, "This part I would goes with the flow, oh, actually I also keep an open mind before and leave it the fate, grasp it when I have it, and concentrate on work when I don't!" * (2024/10/26) Stars Louis Cheung Kai Chung, Macy Ma Sihui, Angus Yeung Tin Yu, Catherine Chau Ka Yee, Candice Yu On On attended the premiere of the Steve Yuen Kim Wai produced, directed, and written Emperor Motion Picture INEXTERNAL (LUI YING OI HUP) at Causeway Bay the night before, the Chairman of Emperor Group, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Yeung Sau Sing led Emperor artists Elly, Polly Lau Yeuk Bo, Aiden Hung Jor Sing and members of the girl group VIVA, Ada and Carina, to support them. About the Lunar New Year film location shoot storm, Cheung Kai Chung said that he was present on the day of filming, but he was not at liberty to comment too much. He worried about speculations, as an actor he did not know much about the behind-the-scenes matters. Also because it was the first day of work, he was nervous and followed the instructions of the crew exactly. He admitted that he entered the store for the shoot that day, but did not hear any unpleasant conversations. He was friends with Tsui Tin Yau, and he sent messages to check up on him afterwards. It was inconvenient for him to play a mediation role. "We indeed entered the shop for the shoot. At the time nothing unpleasant happened. I have been to that shop for facial treatment. When I entered the shop I greeted the staff, the atmosphere was peaceful. The production went on into the night before we realized there was a problem, but I didn't know. If I knew earlier this wouldn't happen. As an actor when I get to the set I woudln't ask the producer about the location rental situation. I know both the film company and the beauty salon have issued separate statements. I don't want to comment any further, as I don't want to lead to endless speculation. I hope those in charge would properly handle the matter. (Are you worried that the trouble would affect the production progress and the film's word of mouth?) I have seen the online comments and the atmosphere is very unpleasant; but purely from my own point of view, the shoot only took place for one day. As an actor I can only do my best to make a good movie." He bluntly said that the incident, in addition to the production crew, also had an impact on the actors. The production left a bad impression on the first day, and people vented their emotions on the actors. What was shot that day would also be to be re-shoot. Has he contacted Tsui Tin Yau and asked him to help with the mediation? "Tin Yau and I are friends. We have discussed this over text, but it's not up to me to mediate. Of course I hope the matter would be handled very quickly. These things shouldn't happen again." Ah Chung played the villain in the film. On the first day of rehearsal, he has already strained his thigh muscles that were later torn and required physical therapy. They took 8 weeks to heal; but because the movie was about to start production, he decided to tough out the pain and said that many fight scenes in the movie needed to accommodate the injuries. He also needed special effect make up and his hair and eyebrows were dyed. His eyebrows fell out and did not grown back, so he needed permanent make up for them. "My daughter asked me why my eyebrows are different. I said she could say Papa is noble, because Papa after finishing the movie lost all of his eyebrows." He praised lead actor Yeung Tin Yue for his toughness. In addition, Yeung Tin Yue and Ma Sihui played the male and female leads in the movie. The two were quite nervous about the box office, and Ma Sihui also revealed that Yeung Tin Yue was so nervous that he lost sleep; she could not sleep well recently either. She was a member of the girl group VIVA, was she the first member to make a movie? She explained that she took the role before joining the girl group, and she believed that other members would have the opportunity to make movies one after another. She looked forward to making a movie with the rest of the group. Tin Yue revealed that he made the film during the epidemic 3 years ago. At the time he gave 100% effort, but now looking back he felt that he had a lot of room for improvement. Earlier when he represented the movie at an U.S film festival, the audience praised it strongly but it made him question whether that was just the polite encouragement. When asked if there would be any benefit to pump up the box office? Yeung Tin Yue promised that as long as the box office would exceed HK$ 10 million, he would take off his shirt and show off his muscles. Ma Sihui also said that hse could show her back. Tin Yue also invited his family and friends to see the movie, and joked that he would use their fame to promote. * (2024/10/25) Michelle Wai Sze Nga won the "Best Chinese Film and Television Actress" at the 39th Huading Awards held in Macau the night before with the movie THE LAST DANCE (POR. DEI YUK); Alex Fong Chung Shun won the "Best Supporting Global Actor" award at the Golden Jasmine Awards at the 3rd Aollywood International Film and Television Festival for the film THE GOLDFINGER (GUM SAU JI), while Shek Sau and Bobby Auyeung Chun Wah were invited to be the guests presenters for the "Best Supporting Global Actor and Actress" and "Best Global Actress". Wai Sze Nga said that she was very excited to win the award, and believed that for her, no matter what award, it is an opportunity to be affirmed and seen, "This award is too important for me, it is an affirmation for actors, and it is also a reminder to everyone, I am still in the business, everyone can ask me to act. Winning the award for the movie THE LAST DANCE means that everyone likes our movie, so I am very happy. (Will it increase your confidence in nominations for the next Hong Kong Film Awards?) The feeling is more real, and the confidence is higher." Speaking of the role of an ambulance worker in the film, Michelle said that this role had great potential both physically and psychologically. "Psychologically, everyone who has watched this movie would understand that kind of depression, and it is difficult to cultivate depression for a long time. Everyday there were many conflicts with my family and many arguments, so this period was hard. In terms of physical fitness, in addition to practicing a little bit of ritual training, I also had to do a lot of physical training because the role was an ambulance worker. I have higher requirements for this aspect, so I hope to be the closest to the role. From that moment I started to go to the gym every day, and my physical fitness was really good during that period. I was a lot bigger too. After some training, I can really move someone to the ambulance bed personally. As for the most memorable scene in the film, it was "Papa" Michael Hui Koon Man's bath scene. The shoot took place in the winter and was very cold. Everyone in the crew was worried, but Hui Koon Man instead said that did not matter; let's shoot until it's OK first. He put our visual, our story's needs first. He didn't spare himself and my heart ached again. I felt it so profoundly and sharply. I respect him so much, and from him I definitely learned that what is called being committed to and content of one's job." In addition, there was a scene where Elly slapped her. She was slapped no less than 7 times, not only did she not complain but she also said, "The pain is better for me to perform to my heart's content." Wai Sze Nga also repeatedly challenged her personal acting skills in this film. In one of the scenes that involved in relationship conflict, Elly slapped the left side of her face without mercy. Even though she was seeing stars, she still endured the pain to complete the "fight scene". After the cameras stopped rolling, she covered her left ear with tears on her face, feeling tinnitus and sharp pain. Next to her Elly hug her while responding, "Don't steal my husband, I will slap you 10 times more!" They were very in tune. Because she was slapped no less than 7 times to complete this scene, even director Anselm Chan Mou Yin expressed his heartache. In the latest trailer, father and daughter Hui Koon Man and Wai Sze Nga were all red-faced from arguing. The film company announced that it will open a word-of-mouth priority show on November 2 and 3, and Wai Sze Nga will complete the Tokyo International Film Festival itinerary early and go to the theater in person to thank the audience for their support. As for Fong Chung Shun, he also said that he was very happy. He said that the award did not belong to him alone, but to the entire shooting team as it was the result of everyone's joint efforts. He said that the most memorable scene in the film was his swimming pool scene. "I remember that it was shot in the winter, in fact it was pretty cold. I had to lie on the water, and some water rushed into my nose. I was wearing a wetsuit underneath so actually I was OK, it was not a big problem. The director and the crew were all great, the safety measures were well done. The two divers were on stand by at the bottom of the pool, with oxygen tanks all over. It was so safe, but I had to carry the lead belt to achieve the semi-floating effect. I had no fear because I have dove before. The only thing I was afraid of was the wig coming off, haha." The goddess Lin Mincen made her glittering debut and won the the "2nd Aollywood Five Continents Film Festival Golden Jasmine Awards" for the "Most Promising Global Actor". * (2024/10/25) Louis Cheung Kai Chung has been busy filming a Lunar New Year film, but the production team recently tried to force its way into a beauty salon for production. Because he and Charlene Choi Cheuk Yin were working on site at the time, they inevitably were swept into the conflict. When Ah Chung recalled the incident yesterday, he remembered that the shoot went very quickly then he left. He felt that actors were passive. The film company involved issued a statement to clarify the accusations, as the incident shockingly turned into a he said she said situation. Cheung Kai Chung admitted yesterday that he was present on the day of the incident, but he had no knowledge of it. He said in an interview, "Because it was the first day of work, I put all my energy into studying the script with the director with all my spirits. (The production was interrupted near the end?) I didn't know when I was filming. Ultimately we very quickly finished shooting and went to film elsewhere, so I didn't know that something was going on. Now a statement has been made and I won't talk about it more, I hope that both sides will get things done as soon as possible. Actors will be passive and concentrate on making a good movie." The crew involved in the incident issued a statement on social networks two nights ago and another version. It tried to strongly proved that they only enter with the permission of the staff. The relative of the person in charge of the store were still talking happily with the crew outside the door at that time, then some store staff were found to be taking pictures of the production staff. When the crew stepped forward to signal to stop, the other party suddenly retorted that filming was never permitted. However the crew promised to delete the 3 shots filmed in the store. The person in charge of the beauty salon immediately countered with a thousand-character text, which mentioned, "Two actors suddenly entered the store to hang out, we opened our doors for business. We did not drive people out and locked the door, there were two big stars who walked into the store, and colleagues didn't know what to do." On the other hand, Choi Cheuk Yin (Ah Sa) recently appeared at the Shau Kei Wan Market to continue filming on location for the Lunar New Year film. She wore a loose polka dot shirt and carried an eco-friendly bag in a down to earth look, attracting a large number of passers-by. Ah Sa also recently celebrated the birthday of her father and her cat, and joked that she was celebrating the birthdays of a pair of "children". "Today is the birthday of my elder boy (referring to Sa's father) and my younger daughter, happy birthday, my elder boy wasn't be careful and fell this year, I was so scared......I wish that he will be healthy and safe in the future. I also wish my little girl good health, and continue to be able to eat and play well." Her good sister Gillian Chung Yun Tung also celebrated the birthday of Ah Sa's father on his birthday, and their relationship was super good. The film company "Local Production" issued a statement the night before on the "trespassing" of the concept store of Mrs. Tsui Tin Yau's skin care brand, accusing Mrs. Tsui of using exaggerating words such as "doing it by force" and "actually no different from rape". Yesterday Mrs. Tsui countered the statement of "Local Production". The newspaper tried to invite Mrs. Tsui to be interviewed, but she politely declined and said that she "hopes that the incident will come to an end". The wife of a former members of the boy group SHINE Tsui Tin Yau, Olive Wong opened a skincare brand concept store in Central's Kau U Fong. A few days ago (22nd) she suddenly posted on IG that a film company broke into the store for filming without approval, and bluntly denounced the act as "actually no different from rape". Then the two sides struck back each other on social networks and became "Rashomon". The reporter went to the main store in Central's Kau U Fong yesterday (24th) to get an understanding of the situation. The staff on duty responded politely to the reporter's questions, but revealed that Mrs. Tsui would not accept any interview. After Mrs. Tsui filed a complaint against the film company a few days ago, "Local Productions Co., Ltd." issued a statement with the title of "that unilateral statements may not be the whole truth"; in addition to pointing out that "the main members of the film team have a good relationship with the person in charge of the store, prompting the creators to try to re-communicate with the store about the possibility of filming", and also mentioned that "the relative of the person in charge of the store appeared outside the door and had a very happy conversation with the main members of the film team, without any intention of stopping. That's why the walkie-talkie was put into the store for final preparations for filming". In the end the team got three shots, during which employees took photos. After they politely asked the employees to stop, they suddenly said that filming was not permitted. "All the upheavals caught us off guard." They believed that the crew and the staff had miscommunication. They also pointed out that Mrs. Tsui's words such as "do it by forced" and "actually no different from rape" were exaggerated, which shocked the team and even damage the company's reputation. The statement mentioned that when the shop issued the statement, they were still within 10 meters on the street shooting the film; yet they were said to have momentary departed after their shoot to avoid responsibility. They questioned why such strong objections were not raised immediately, but in an unilateral statement? The team in order to clarify the truth of the matter has attempted to begin communication in many ways, but as of the statement release they have yet to receive any response. The statement finally stressed that the team had years of production experiment. They were certain that without the other party's consent, they would not go into production by force. However the team was willing to deeply apologize for any misunderstanding they might have caused and promised to remove the 3 shots of the shop. Yesterday morning, Mrs. Tsui posted a long post to counter the statement of "Local Production", and responded point by point. She mentioned, "The husband of the person in charge has a studio that is located next to the Kau U Fong store. On the way back to the studio that day, the husband ran into a production outside the store. At the same time he politely exchanged a few words with the 'main members of the film team', and made it clear that everything would need to be discussed with the person in charge of the store." She also pointed out, "At the time of the consultation two weeks ago, the person in charge had a clear idea of who the 'main members' were. If it had been wishful thinking that personal relationships would have facilitated the matter, this incident would not have happened. Please do not involve personal relationships into this irresponsible business matter, as I am afraid someone would become a laughing stock." The statement also mentioned that the clerk due to the inability to stop the production gave up to date information to the person in charge, captured and reported the situation in the shop. As for the "momentary departure" it referred to momentary departure from the shop. She reiterated, "The person in charge of the shop has never permitted filming. Irresponsible behaviors such as bullying of an employee who does not have a say and trespassing at the shop are truly shocking." Mrs. Tsui continued to point out that it was originally just a "limited-time" story, but she did not expect it to cause an uproar. She also accepted the film company's promise to "delete the three shots at the store", but would reserve all rights to legal action; finally she said, "I apologize for the impact on the actors, my husbands, the employees and the staff, as well as the media reports that are not what our store and I want, I am very sorry. I also thank you for your concern. I hope that the incident has come to an end." The press visited the Kau U Fong, Central location to learn about the incident. The store had three employees on duty. After the reporter arrived, identified himself, and asked if Mrs. Xu was present, the staff was very politely said that Mrs. Tsui was not there, and the staff who were present on the day of the shoot were also absent. The staff also said that Mrs. Tsui has already explained that she would not accept any interviews, and finally introduced the products and services in the store to the reporter in detail. When the reporter asked if he could take pictures of the store environment outside, the clerk politely permitted it. The reporter also asked the surrounding shops about the situation of the day, and the foreign employees of the restaurant next door expressed that they were also on the scene that day and saw the film being shot outside the store. However they did not receive the film company's request to shoot inside the shop. The newspaper also attempted to invite Mrs. Tsui to an interview through social media. Although Mrs. Tsui declined she also politely replied, "Hello, what I want to say has been explained in a statement. I hope the incident can come to an end, thank you." * (2024/10/24) The movie CESIUM FALLOUT (FUN SING) will be released on November 1st. Its two latest posters were namely the senior official version and the firefighter version. Both camps had strong line up. Andy Lau Tak Wa and Karen Mok Man Wai led the official chapter, showing the tense atmosphere of a group of senior officials making key decisions at the critical juncture of a disaster; while the firefighter chapter saw the scene of the Bai Yu played fire captain leading the team members to rush into the disaster site to save people. The film-making special "Constructing Doomsday" has also been revealed for the first time, unveiling the production process of this hugely invested film. One of the main filming locations, the e-waste recycling site with high-level radioactive radiation leakage, was an important backdrop for the disaster in the film. The crew set up a total of 3 hectares of land in different places, using more than 100 tons of steel and more than 150 discarded vehicles. The set was filled with trailers, and a massive amount of e-waste props. The recycling yard was devastated after the explosion, and the heavily damaged set was very realistic. When Wa Jai participated in the shoot on the set, he was very impressed. "It's rare for me to shoot a high-quality movie in Hong Kong recently, and each set has its own differences." Wa Jai was deeply impressed by the dedication and high cost of the film production team. In order to please the demands of the current audience, producer Bill Kong Chi Keung pointed out that the sets had to be realistic and showed the production's cautiousness and determination. The group of firefighter actors in the movie filmed a number of action scenes in the recycling yard, including an explosion scene in which Bai Yu and Louise Wong Dan Nei needed to dive onto the ground. Although the debris splashed everywhere on the set, the two actors did not flinch and even went into battle in person. Ngai Chun Sun had a scene, in which he needed to slide from the height of the container and hang upside down by its side. During the filming, his eyes were red from the hanging, but he still focused on completing it and showed his professionalism. In addition to the disaster site, another important setting of the movie was the government's internal decision-making room and underground command headquarters. The sets were detailed and built according to the original government design. Playing the role of political assistant to the Financial Secretary in the film, Ivana Wong Yuen Chi praised this. "When we went into the basement for the shoot, we saw that every piece of paper and every lamp were carefully designed, and the set was really beautiful." Playing the explosives expert, Eric Kwok Wai Leung was also surprised by the reservoir scene in the movie. "Every time I come to a set, I would go 'wow', Hollywood masterpiece, so shocking, and I think the original Hong Kong scenes and set production staff are so strong." According to director Pun Yiu Ming, the reservoir set was built in a large factory, and it took half a year from conception to filming. One could image how huge the production scale was. * (2024/10/24) The "Made in Hong Kong" section of the "21st Hong Kong Asian Film Festival" selections, FIGHTING FOR TOMORROW (PING MING SAM LONG) and TRUE LOVE, FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE (CHIN CHIN SHUI YUET) held their premieres at Elements the night before (22nd), actors Cecilia Yip Tung, Stephanie Che Yuen Yuen, Patrick Tam Yiu Man, and Locker Lam Ka Hei attended. Tam Yiu Man and Locker played father and son who had a conflict in FIGHTING FOR TOMORROW, Tam Yiu Man revealed that Locker was actually a "second choice" performance because the previous actor could not make the movie. The producer after watching Locker's audition clip thought that he was very suitable, so he took the role. Locker said that when he received the performance notice, he only had three weeks to train. He worked out, read scripts and ran every day. Tam Yiu Man said with a smile that after learning that he and Lam Ka Hei would play father and son, he asked him to meet for tea. He said, "It was the first time I took the initiative in my career, meeting someone I didn't know at all for high tea. I have a teenage son and there is distance between us. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to communicate with Locker, but we talked a little about everything." Speaking of working with Tam Yiu Man for the first time, Locker was not scared, but very happy instead. Everyone exchanged men's experiences from time to time. Tam Yiu Man said that Locker was more reserved, but his emotional scenes were played decently. He even revealed that the hardest thing was that he once filmed an all-night scene with Lam Ka Hei, and then filmed a sauna scene in the morning. "In the morning we followed with a father and son sauna scene with a heart to heart chat. As soon as I was done I immediately immersed myself in cold water to lower the temperature." The scene was also unforgettable for Locker. "I was so dizzy from the soaking that I couldn't even deliver the dialogue." Yip Tung and Tse Kwan Ho played husband and wife who often argued and had a pair of children in the movie TRUE LOVE, FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE. "Although the story was simple, a lot of it would happen everyday as it has a lot of delicate emotional scenes." Yip Tung said that because she has not performed in a movie for a long time, she was looking forward to knowing the audience's reaction to the film. She stated that she was nervous because she has not had a film release in a long time. This time was shot with a mobile phone, which was very different from making movies in the past. She said that women's movies were rare, the story would span several stages and she had a lot of fun. Speaking of working with Tse Kwan Ho again, she said with a smile that she co-starred with him in a stage play more than 30 years ago; this time they were full of chemistry when they worked together again. She said, "He is the real deal, as soon as he takes his mark he was on. His acting is great and a lot of fun." In the film Che Yuen Yuen played Yip Tung's younger sister. She said that she has always admired Yip Tung. When producer Fruit Chan Gor asked her to perform, she agreed without any hesitation. It happened that Yip Tung was the third aunt of a friend, and she would also call Yip Tung the third aunt when they met for dinner; so their first day at work felt very special. Speaking of unforgettable shoots, Yuen Yuen said that she had a drinking scene with Yip Tung at a food stall. In it Yip Tung accidentally fell down. Although they did not make a big fuss, the drama was strong. * (2024/10/24) The movie THE LAST DANCE (POR. DEI YUK) two nights ago held a charity premiere, two generations of comedians Michael Hui Koon Man and Dayo Wong Tze Wah, Michelle Wai Sze Nga, Catherine Chau Ka Yee, Tommy Chu Pak Hong and Chung Suet Ying attended. Boss Dr. Albert Yeung Sau Sing and his wife Lu Xiaoman, as well as a number of Emperor artists like Carlos Chan Ka Lok, Chan Kwok Bong and newcomer Hoi Yee showed their support. Tailoring the theme song for the film, singer Terence Lam Ka Him also made an appearance. Hui Koon Man frankly said that he wanted to make a new comedy, tears within the laughter and a release from life. Wong Tze Wah joked that the two would make a movie with Hong Kong cultural characteristics, "hitting the villain". They looked forward to Hong Kong being excited again and returning to the peak era! Hui Koon Man revealed that when boss Yeung Sau Sing sent him the script, he said that he would definitely like him to play the Taoist priest. It was not until when he read the script that he realized that it was the world's first comedy without jokes. "However the audience will cry after watching it. When you leave the theater you would be very happy, the world is prettier, life is even more beautiful, tomorrow will be even better. I believe that future comedies will head toward this direction." He said that director Anselm Chan Mou Yin insisted against making a comedy with too much tendancy toward laughter, while he tended to lean more toward laughter more. "Actually now whether you laugh or not doesn't really matter, no matter how funny you are you won't be as funny as the several minute long videos on social media. When even the old lady at the market knows how to make them, what kind of comedy to make becomes a problem." Michael also pointed out that he has not made a movie for more than 10 years. He has been seeking a new form of comedy, and this time LAST was very close. He pointed out that the previous exaggerated comedy has become outdated. The audience needs to have something new; after crying when they feel that life is worth living, then it would be powerful enough, then it's the comedy angle! In the future when I make my own comedies, I must have this meaning; but I will add more funny material." Speaking of all of the audience were moved to tears, Michael admitted that he also wanted to cry when he read the script. After reading it he was suddenly felt a release and a lot more comfortable. He laughed and said, "Hong Kong people need to 'break hell', but actually Hong Kong itself needs to 'break hell'; which means leaving everything in the past, the pride and hatred of the past, and re-embarking on the road to seek new breakthroughs. For example the Chief Executive often talks about 'transition', so the seven million people in Hong Kong should not be afraid. As long as we plug the loopholes and arrogance of the past, and get back on the road then we would be fine. There must be a way, because Hong Kong people are very strong!" Tze Wah also absolutely agreed with Michael. He humorously suggested for the government to conduct hell breaking ritual in the middle of the Victoria Harbor on major holidays. Hui Koon Man has already said that he was willing to perform the chanting part, while Wong Tze Wah would be the funeral worker again. He joked that Hong Kong needed to be reincarnated. "Michael's deeper meaning is to be reborn from the fire!" Working with Michael again this time, Tze Wah bluntly said that it was a wonderful journey. More than 30 years ago they each went on their own journey then got together to make this film, which was a wonderful arrangement of fate. Now this movie is completed for everyone to see, which was also a wonderful journey. "This movie would take us to the Tokyo Film Festival, and I hope it would be able to go around the world." Michael pointed out that the filming of THE LAST DANCE this time was a Hong Kong characteristic, like kung fu films in the past were also Hong Kong characteristic. He has also set his sight on the world, and hoped that Hong Kong films will continue to make their own characteristics. Tze Wah pointed out that Hong Kong still has many iconic features, but we must work hard to discover them. He thought that the second thing that could be filmed was "hitting villains". "I announce that I will shoot 'hitting villains' first, no one shall fight me for it, OK! I don't know if I will dress like a woman, if we won't be the ones to shoot "hitting the villain then someone has plagiarized us." Would he be responsible for "hitting villains"? Tze Wah replied with a smile, "I am talking about Michael doing the work, I would be the villain!" Tze Wah was called "Tze Wah God", he immediately said that was blasphemy, only Michael was "Michael God". "Hong Kong has its variety of comedies today because Hui Koon Man started it, all kinds of comedies have his DNA in them, carry his blood in them. Michael is a blood donor, only he is the god!" Wai Sze Nga was not only the female lead in the film, but also had a very heavy role. So for every audience appreciation event, she had stomach aches due to the pressure. "Making this movie has been very wonderful. Each time after interacting with the audience, I feel as if I have redeemed others with a sense of mission." She revealed that she has watched the film nearly 30 times, but she only officially watched the general release version at the premiere the night before. She also specifically invited her parents and fiancé to show their support. Although it was not the first time that her doctor fiancé has accompanied her to a movie premiere, only this time he was able to sit next to her. The boss said that originally there was no more seat, but he made special arrangements for him. Wai Sze Nga said that in the past, she always asked her fiancé for his opinion when filming but she usually did not listen; she just pretended to. Earlier he even tried to take the initiative to rehearse with her at home. "My fiance is very funny, he would insist on rehearsing with me at home. Actually I don't want to rehearse with him, because I feel it might be even worse after. At the time we just met and I didn't want to turn him down and set him back. Now I wouldn't pay him any mind." Sze Nga laughed and pointed out that her fiancé had no potential to be an actor at all, but he started to become interested in social media platforms. She could help him analyze comments, and they have become much closer. However, earlier her fiancé uploaded the photos of their church wedding rehearsal to social media platforms without showing her first. "I don't mind him sharing it with everyone, but the angle of the photos he took is really bad!" Lam Ka Him actually shared a birthday with Hui Koon Man. Has he thought about working with him? He said, "Of course I want to; I too want to try acting, but I don't dare to guarantee that I would be able to handle it." Playing Wong Tze Wah's assistant in the film, Chung Suet Ying was able to see her elders Hui Koon Man and Wong Tze Wah filming important scenes on the first day of work. Even if someone paid a lot of money they might not be able to watch their superb acting skills. Working with Tze Wah God for the first time, she said with a smile that she worried that he would be very mean. Yet on the set, he would take the initiative to talk to her. In addition, she would compete for the Golden Horse Award "Best Actress" with the movie THE WAY WE TALK (HONG NGOR GUM TIN JUM MOR SUET). Chung Suet Ying said that everything was normal. "I treat it normally. I am very happy to be able to be nominated with (Sandra) Ng Kwan Yu. I hope that she would win. I want to more watch movies more. I would take a big suitcase and bring back more Golden Horse souvenirs back." * (2024/10/24) The Charlene Choi Cheuk Yin and Louis Cheung Kai Chung starred Lunar New Year in a low-key manner a few days ago, but an unpleasant incident occurred! Allegedly the team forcibly broke into a beauty salon at Central for production, and the owner later described the incident on the Internet for a public trial, describing it as if he was being forced! Reportedly the film team has contacted the beauty salon that the skincare production brand Tsui Tin Yau's wife Olive opened on Kau U Fong at Central. The beauty salon replied that the rental fee was calculated on an hourly basis, and the borrower must be responsible for any damage. At the time the film company said, "The actors would just come in and do a few laps, they would leave very quickly." After the negotiation nothing came of it. Two nights ago in the afternoon of the day, the film team suddenly appeared outside the store and seemingly preparing to start filming. The clerk stated that they were not permitted to enter but the crew ignored it. They entered the store and put the walkie-talkie for filming by the door, then two actors entered the store and walked in circles. The walkie-talkie suddenly sounded loudly, instructing the actors to take their marks and deliver the dialogue. Because the beauty salon had clients under treatment at the time, the clerk could not react in time and could only document the situation with a mobile phone. Someone immediately loudly "complained" about being filmed. The store owner later uploaded a photo of the time on social media platforms, saying that the whole process took about 10 minutes. "There is actually no difference between 10 minutes of 'doing it by force' and rape. We open the doors for business, paying high rent, salaries, water, electricity, gas everyday. When you hire extras you would at least give them lai see? Why can you be so excessive? So impolite? I don't want to name the actors, because actually they have nothing to do with it. The company is a local production company. With such a production team, it is no wonder that Hong Kong films are getting worse and worse!" Although the post did not disclose any name, many industry insiders have already guessed that it is a new Lunar New Year film starring Ah Sa and Cheung Kai Chung. The reporter tried to contact the film's executive producer Ng Kin Hung and the two leads yesterday, but did not receive a reply before the deadline. After the incident was made public, many online supported the beauty salon, saying that "it's too much, in favor of naming names", "Actually if they don't have the money to rent it officially, don't choose this place this kind of place. How can they be like this? If you shoot at a hospital, restaurant, shopping center, will they be like this?" Some said that the shop should release the security camera footage, and some suggested issuing a legal letter to the film company to prohibit the footage shot inside the shop to to be released. Director Philip Yung Tsz Kwong also took notice and posted, "Hong Kong film productions have always had limited budgets, which is understandable. In order to save money they have done a lot of shameful things. Perhaps it is for the sake of the film production, but certain film production companies in the name of making local productions save on production cost left and right. In the end someone put profit first, and fill their own pockets. Anyone with eyes can see that the production is embarrassingly ugly and simple......the Hong Kong film industry is in dire straits, hearts who work hard in order to make a good movie conceivably have conscience. As far as I know, I am touched that 90% of the people in the Hong Kong film industry has this bottom line, hopefully extremely few (or even just one) of this type of production units wouldn't affect the image of the Hong Kong film industry." Shi's legend was forged through acts of brazen daring, like his infiltration of an enemy stronghold to rescue the wrongly imprisoned Lu Jun-yi from certain execution. Patrick Tam, in a performance of searing intensity, breathes life into a character confronted with the ghosts of his outlaw past, and clinging to hope for rebuilding his fractured life and finding new purpose. Chan, the acclaimed writer of the "Ip Man" franchise, infuses the film with a sense of hard-bitten optimism, suggesting that even in the darkest of times, an indomitable spirit can light the path to a better tomorrow. After a devastating stunt accident, Sam steps away from the industry for 30 years. However, his old friend, a veteran director, has now persuaded Sam to work as the stunt choreographer on what will be the director's last film. The only catch is that his film stars Wai - Sam's former stunt crew member who has since become a famous action star in his own right. Sam and Wai have a contentious history, with Sam's infamously overbearing and demanding personality clashing with Wai's own ego and ambition. By chance, Sam crosses paths with a young, ambitious stuntman named LEE Sai Long, who sees this as an opportunity to advance his career. Long is caught between Sam and his former protégé turned rival. At the same time, Long helps Sam to reconcile with his estranged daughter, Cherry. As Sam returns to the world he once dominated, he must confront his past, mend fences with Wai, and overcome their personal conflicts in order to deliver an epic final action spectacle for the director's swan song. However, in the midst of shooting a robbery heist, Sam's shortsightedness endangers the public, and members of his crew are arrested, causing him to be fired. Mired in debt, wedding planner Dominic gets a miraculous chance to turn things around when a funeral planner retires and passes the baton to him. Planning weddings and funerals are polar opposites, but Dominic puts his all into his new job, from opening graves, digging coffins, to handling the deceased. No matter how unpleasant it gets, he takes on everything with gusto. However, the biggest obstacle is getting the approval of respected Taoist priest, Master Man. In his 70s, Master Man is a traditional man who has devoted his life to his Taoist faith. He wants to pass the mantle to his son, Ben, but Ben is more devoted to his wife and kids than to Taoism. Master Man's daughter, Yuet, respects her father greatly. However, since her ancestors dictated that women are filthy by nature, Yuet doesn't take romantic relationships seriously. As the pressure mounts and the stakes rise, Sam must decide what he's truly fighting for—reclaiming his former glory or reconnecting with the daughter he's taken for granted. [ SCREEN DAILY FILMART 2023 ] An once-famous stunt director pursues a comeback but disrupts the relationship with his daughter in the process. LOVE LIES Rating : I Length : 116 mins. Nevertheless, she insists it is true love despite being swindled out of a large sum of money. [ 2024 NEW YORK ASIAN FILM FESTIVAL ] Are online "romance scams" always destructive? In this moving, absorbing feature debut from Ho Miu-ki, Sandra Ng plays Veronica, a wealthy, widowed doctor who falls for a middle-aged French engineer on a dating app. Soon, "Alain" has convinced her to provide large infusions of funds and Veronica’s friends urge her to report him to the police. But even as she assures them it's true love, Alain must steel his heart of gold and quell his second thoughts to continue bringing in cash or risk painful consequences. With a hilarious Stephy Tang as the young scammer's coach, this captivating film probes the unlikely emotional connection that forms between a lonely young man and a vibrant older woman—and sets crucial scenes in the pretty-as-a-postcard Sapporo. [ M PLUS ] A successful obstetrician-gynecologist whose love life has stagnated, Veronica casually downloads a dating app for some harmless fun. Little does she know that the dashing French engineer on the other end of the line is actually a local con artist named Joe. The young man inadvertently joined a group of online scammers led by the oddball veteran Mr. White and the maudlin temptress Joan. As their fake relationship grows, so have Joe's guilty conscience and Veronica's hopes. First-time director Ho Miu-ki takes on the romantic comedy formula from a refreshing and topical angle, inquiring the essence of romantic love through the prism of deceit. ------------ For the week starting October 26 2024 (Week 43) VIUTV CHILL CLUB CHART (Week 44) 5 AFTER MIDSUMMER Can : Sing Ha Ji Hau SENZA A Capella https://youtu.be/ZLNEf1NRZBM 4 ME-TIME Can : Yut Gor Yun Hung Gai ME-TIME The Absent Brother (Lui Pung Yi Yau) https://youtu.be/Zl8gWLT3Svk 3 VILLAIN Jeremy Lee Chun Kit https://youtu.be/WtIWsIqwGZA 2 IDOL IS DEAD Can : Gau Jeung Yi Sei Gareth T https://youtu.be/24iWWT9hj4 1 STRAWBERRY LOVE Anson Lo, Edan Lui, Jeremy Lee, Keung To https://youtu.be/xQMvA43QVEY TVB JADE SOLID GOLD 5 GOTTA LET IT GO Can : Mo Lei Chui Lok Jay Fung Won Him https://youtu.be/k3FBgUqKNrE 4 THE ART OF LEAVING Can : Lei Hup Dik Ngai Suk Andy Leung Chiu Fung https://youtu.be/luDh_LFw8X0 3 TALK ABOUT LOVE Can : Tam Luen Oi Della Ding Dong X Jinny Ng Yeuk Hei https://youtu.be/HsZoj7fgKas 2 HEART RATE Can : Sum Pak So James Ng Yip Kwan https://youtu.be/y0GvkOmoAfs 1 BASTARD Can : Lan Ho Yun Fred Cheng Chun Wong https://youtu.be/BUmogArEADU METRO RADIO HIT DOMESTIC CHART 5 EMPTY ESCAPISM Can : Hung Hung Bei Hok Sai Winky Wong Kin Yee https://youtu.be/BpkjpzigaLQ 4 FLOW OF YOU Can : Gei Yik Ji Lau per se https://youtu.be/wkLFffbRngw 3 JUST A LULLABY Can : Yiu Nam Ha Dik Gor Phil Lam Yik Hong https://youtu.be/sZuNlhlfRL4 2 MAKE ME LAUGH Can : Yun Ngor Siu Cloud Wan Ho Ying https://youtu.be/TmyCcYoR0tI 1 SCULP Can : Jok Ian Chan Cheuk Yin https://youtu.be/DcfYmAeSwS8 COMMERCIAL RADIO 903 TOP 20 5 SEE YOU SOON, IT'S NOT A GOODBYE Can : Wui Joi Gein Dik Jay Fung Won Him https://youtu.be/SRG29U7Fw_o 4 THE DISTANCE BETWEEN HEAVEN AND EARTH Can : Tin Yu Dei Dik Kui Lei Juno Mak Chun Lung https://youtu.be/DLIhR3ET2iw 3 HUNT YOU DOWN MIRROR https://youtu.be/t6zktg-Freg 2 MIND YOU EX Can : Siu Sum Pung Tau MC Cheung Tin Fu https://youtu.be/7P76AY8DtqY 1 IDOL IS DEAD Can : Gau Jeung Yi Sei Gareth T https://youtu.be/24iWWT9hj4 RTHK CHINESE POP CHART 5 UNSENT POEM Can : Moot Yau Shun Chook Dik Si Gordon Flanders https://youtu.be/O5eamIMVvNs 4 MIND YOU EX Can : Siu Sum Pung Tau MC Cheung Tin Fu https://youtu.be/7P76AY8DtqY 3 TRAVERSE Can : Chuen Yuet Miriam Yeung Chin Wa https://youtu.be/q2POZlDMo-0 2 MONDAY Leah Dou Jing Tong https://youtu.be/vos32LuLjZs 1 YOU Can : Nei Aaron Kwok Fu Sing https://youtu.be/uqVa3TWzgBQ HUAXIA ORIGINAL GOLD SONG CHART (Week 42) 5 FLY, MOONLIGHT Can : Fei Ba Guong Yuet Ouyang Nana https://youtu.be/DoWl9yMa-hg 4 OUT OF CONTROL Can :Fong Jook Silence Wang Sulong https://youtu.be/l0QRGlXw3v4 3 WHILING AWAY THE SUMMER Can : Siu Ha To Charlie Zhou Shen https://youtu.be/4gg70z2Dda0 2 LIKE A CHILD Can : Hai Ji Hei Like A Child Bibi Zhang Bichang https://youtu.be/wOOZS3FKLrI ------------ ------------ ------------ --------------------- CHINA LION FILMS PRESENT HIGH FORCES http://www.chinalionfilm.com/ Opening October 25 2024 in North America U.S.A ATLANTA AMC Sugarlof Mills 18 Regal Hollywood @ North I-85 BOSTON AMC Causeway 13 CHICAGO AMC River East 21 DALLAS AMC DINE-IN Stonebriar 24 Cinemark Legacy EDISON AMC New Brunswick 18 HONOLULU Regal Dole Cannery HOUSTON AMC Fountins 18 LOS ANGELES AMC Atlantic Times Square 14 AMC DINE-IN Ontario Mills 30 AMC Puente Hills 20 Regal Edwards Alhambra Renaissance NEW YORK AMC Empire 25 Regal Tangram Flushing PHILADELPHIA AMC Cherry Hill 24 PORTLAND Cinemark Century Eastport Plaza 16 SAN DIEGO AMC Mission Valley 20 SAN FRANCISCO AMC Mercado 20 AMC Saratoga 14 AMC NewPark 12 Cinemark Century at Pacific Commons Cinemark Cenury Daly City 20 Cinemark Century Great Mall 20 Cinemark Century Union Landing 25 SEATTLE AMC Alderwood Mall 16 AMC Pacific Place 11 Cinemark Lincoln Square Cinemas TUSTIN/ORANGE COUNTY/IRVINE AMC Orange 30 Regal Irvine Spectrum WASHINGTON DC METRO AMC Montgomery 16 AMC Tysons Corner 16 Regal Rockville Center CANADA CALGARY Scotiabank Theatre Chinook EDMONTON Landmark Edmonton City Centre Scotiabank Theatre Edmonton HALIFAX Scotiabank Theatre Halifax LONDON Cineplex Odeon Westmount Cinemas MONTREAL Cinema Cineplex Forum Cinema CineplexOdeon Carrefour Dorion TORONTO Cineplex Cinemas Fairview Mall Cineplex Cinemas Markham Cineplex Cinemas Mississauga Cineplex Cinemas Scarborough Cineplex Cinemas Yonge-Dundas SilverCity Richmond Hill Cinemas Vancouver, BC Cineplex Odeon Internationl Village Cineplex Cinema Marine Gateway and VIP Cineplex Cinemas Metropolis Silvercity Riverport Cinemas 19 IMAX Cinemas WATERLOO Galaxy Cinemas Waterloo ---------------------- HK Top Ten Central hktopten@hotmail.com http://www.geocities.ws/hktopten | http://hktopten.blogspot.com
