At the time everyone had a kind of spirit, and asked everyone to charge a more reasonable rate. The money didn't go into my pocket though, as it was spent on the production. Everyone was very helpful." Wa Jai was asked how reasonable was his rate, Wa Jai admitted, "Because I knew how much the budget was, mine was very reasonable. Director Lau said that his office set up a special area for INFERNAL, in which chairs and props from the production were on display. Would he make a new story with the INFERNAL team again? Director Lau said, "The trilogy is enough, I feel since it's classic it shouldn't be remade. However I am interested in working on a new subject film with the original team." Wa Jai revealed that he considered turning INFERNAL AFFAIRS into a musical. He said, "For now I don't have any schedule, but I really want to do it. I of course would participate, not necessarily in the original role. The entire group could mix it up and play other characters. Actually musicals don't make money, ,but it seems to be very artistic. I am just talking, I don't know whether it is viable or not." The current Miss Hong Kong second runner up Joey Leung Chiu Yi was only 6 years old when she took part in INFERNAL AFFAIRS as Wai Jai's daughter. She said that she still remembered it. "I remember in one scene Chiu Wai Gor Gor pinched my face, at the time the shot took many takes and they really hurt. Ho Cheuk Tin said that originally he wanted to have HK$ 20 million at the box office, being able to break even would already be great. He never imagined that it would reach HK$ 35 million. The theme was "The Finale and The Future". The venue could hold 384 viewers, the outdoor screening was 93.75 square meters (around 1,000 feet). Attending guests included producer Louis Koo Tin Lok, director Ng Yuen Fai, Sean Lau Ching Wan, Philip Keung Ho Man, Tony Wu Tsz Tung, Chu Kam Yin, German Cheung Man Kit, Ken Law Ho Ming, Ng Siu Hing and others. Koo Tin Lok brought a never before seen video, which actually was the test footage for the next science fiction film TIN TAI (STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN). Koo Tin Lok thanked the Hong Kong people for their support, and announced that the film has become the first Asian film to exceed HK$ 83 million at the Hong Kong box office. He said that this was only the beginning, and promised everyone that the future would be even better; in addition ANSONBEAN (Chan Ngai Sun) and Winka Chan Wing Ka also performed the WARRIORS OF FUTURE film theme song TOMORROW OF TOMORROW. Koo Tin Lok said that WARRIORS OF FUTURE was just made available on streaming platforms, received decent response and promoted the film around the world. In the trailer, viewers would be able to get a glimpse at the rise of the Chinese detectives. They with their schemes rose their way up in the foreigner ruled profession and the 70s.
