A Tough nut to crack! 22-2-04

HKSS scored our chances and beat Amphibians 2-1 today. It was a tough game and both teams played well. At the beginning, our team took the lead. Francis and Jeff each made an attempt to score, hitting the crossbar and the post respectively. At 7 minutes before half-time, Mobin created a chance for Daniel. He made a long pass, giving Daniel a chance to score. Daniel didn’t disappoint us, kicking in the first goal in the match. But when our defender Stevenson withdrew from the game because of injury, Amphibians took this chance to strike back. Our team was attacked several times by their midfielders in the second half of the match, and they finally managed to make a 1-1 draw. When both teams seemed to stand an equal chance to win, our keeper, Tak, defended our goal so well that Amphibians could hardly make any further score. HKSS never gave up, and finally Mobin brought us the winning score. These 3 points have definitely put us in a comfortable position.
