Rothrock and fellow martial arts expert Jalel Merhi play two tough New York undercover cops who must infiltrate the sinister Tiger cult, with its highly trained army of vicious assassins.

Their mission is to track down a mysterious killer, dubbed The Death Dealer, who is systematically eliminating the city's elite martial arts experts for his own weird and gruesome ritual.

My Thoughts Movie Ratings
A very dark movie with lots of violent action, which is probably why I liked it!  Although two words sum up why someone would like this movie - Bolo Yeung.  It is just good to always see the legendary baddie of martial arts movies in an movie, and he definitely makes this film worth seeing.
