Jet is new in Frisco, in search of his Tai Chi master, who has disappeared.

After walloping his way through a gang of Latinos who try to steal his luggage, Jet takes them on as his martial arts students! When Jet discovers his master's herbal shop has been ransacked, and is in danger of being repossessed by the bank due to his disappearance.

To make matters more difficult for the young master in the big city, a young martial arts school founder named Johnny is making a name for himself around town challenging rival Kung Fu teachers to duels with him.

Jet finds out his master was beaten up by Johnny and his gang. Can there be a connection? Why is Johnny combing the city for Jet? What will happen when the two modern day warriors finally meet for one final duel to the death awesome kickin' challenge atop a large San Fran skyscraper. And in the end, who will be the real Master?
