The Movie


Sean Thompson and Billie Blake are undercover cops specially trained for urban warfare.  They are masters of martial arts and both are with the elite police force known as Martial Law.  Billie is the only female ever to complete the rigorous training and has become something of a living legend within the department.

Now Sean's being transferred to a different precinct.  He's been assigned to train the local cops in special martial arts techniques.  He is looking forward to meeting up with his close friend and sparring partner from the academy, Tony Birelli.  But Sean doesn't know that his friend Birelli has become entangled with Spencer Hamilton, a 22 year old crime lord who owns the streets.

My Thoughts Movie Ratings
Not a bad storyline, with some descent action along the way.  For Cynthia Rothrock it is definitely one of her better movies.  It just leaves you to wonder that because she is American, she was able to get into the American market easily, but she could of become huge if her choice of movies was so much better!
