The city is in a panic -someone is stealing male babies, and the cops can't find the invisible culprit! Anita Mui is 'Wonder Woman' - dutiful housewife by day, super crime fighter by night; but even this masked beauty can't locate the mystery kidnapper.

Our mystery kidnapper is none other than the invisible cloak wearing San, (Michelle Yeoh), a beautiful but deadly vixen following the orders of a centuries old Ming Dynasty Eunuch who dwells underground - to steal babies en masse to find a new emperor for China.

Chat completes our heroic trio - she's a sexy leather and lingerie motorbike ridin' mercenary, who used to be in cahoots with San's employer (who is collecting babies).
Chat invades the eunuch's subterranean world - with dire consequences that bring our Heroic Trio together for a spectacular final duel!
