frequently asked questions...

if you'd like any of these boots, $4 per disc covers it. no extra shipping charge or anything. this flat fee takes care of blank discs, postage, a bubble mailer, a printed setlist, and disc sleeves. i usually don't mail jewel cases- they tend to break and scratch the discs. but, if you want them, let me know and we'll make arrangements for that.

paypal is my much preferred payment method, because it allows me to get your boots out to you the next day, if not that same day. i can also accept a money order, if you're not set up with paypal . 

i use exact audio copy to extract the audio from my discs. if you duplicate cd's, do yourself a favor and check it out- this program is available free for download at http://www.exactaudiocopy.de . i use a TDK veloCD 24x10x40x writer. it's yummy. =)

i don't provide inserts (they eat my printer cartridges too quickly!), but i always include a printed setlist with your shows, so you know just what you're listening to.

not all of the shows have a quality rating listed. i'm working on getting them all rated... but with 200-plus discs... these things take time. please ask me, though, if you'd like to know about an un-rated show. i'm happy to help!

i am currently using HP, Sony, or TDK cd-r's, but occasionally another high-quality brand of disc will find its way into my stash, too. i do not use generic or cheapo discs- ever. it's well worth it to buy a good quality disc... so your shows last longer!

if there's a particular concert you've just got to have, let me know, and i'll do my best to find it. this can take awhile, but i can generally track shows down =)
