Prana Mudra By joining the tips of ring finger and little finger with the tip of the Thumb, the Pran Mudra is formed.

Practise of Pran Mudra improves the Vitality of the body. It improves eyesight. Helps in proper functioning of the lungs. Energises the heart. The miracle of Pran Mudra is that when the eyes gets fixed, then by rubbing the tips of ring finger and little finger with the tip of the Thumb, the movement of eyes will start. |

Apana Mudra Joining the tips of middle and ring finger with the tip of thumb forms the Apana mudra. |

Surabhi Mudra Join the little finger of one hand with the ring finger of the other and vice versa. Similarly, join the forefinger with the middle finger of the other hand and vice versa. Leave the thumbs free. |
