In January 1995 the Hugo Junkers Technikmuseum at Dessau aquired its first Junkers aircraft from the Forsvarsmuseets Flysamling at Bodo in Norway. It is one of the Ju52s, which had sank at the Hartvigvann Sea near Narvik during WWII. It is c/n 6134, which had been delivered in 1937. It sank into Hartvigvann Sea during the fights at Narvik and was rescued in 1986. During the following years, the aircraft was stored at Forsvarsmuseets Flysamling until its transfer to Germany. It is derelicted, but it is planned to restaurate the aircraft and put it on display at the Hugo Junkers Technikmuseum during the next years.
