The Junkers Metallbau at Allach seemed to have closed its business during the seventies. Since then the facilities were mostly unchanged. During the 90s it was intended to create an environmental floor cleaning facility here. Later on some smaller companies rented the hall capacities on the areal. In 2001 the office buildings were used as refugee homes. The complete areal is open to the public.
