        One of the most widespread diseases  of our century is “Diabetes Mellitus”.It is estimated to be %2 on the world(about 120 million people).This article explains the life section of a diabetic(type 2-in other words not insuline dependent DM-) person who cured herself,became diabetic again by doing her old habbits and then recured herself.The methods shown are very simple,economic ,can be applied in daily  life very easily,do not contradict with logic or common sense and consists fundementally an explanation about changing our nutrition habbits.What  you will recognise is that getting over “Diabetes Mellitus” is possible not only with Medicine but with the application of a combination of Food Chemistry,Biochemistry,Food Production Technology,Food Market& Salutary Herbs and passing to most convenient foodts to our body.This also answers the questions of 1) why the diabetologists- eating all kind of refined foods in International  Diabetes Congress’- are diabetic themselves and 2) why the Diabetic Associations-which sell all kind of refined foods  in their canteens- can not cure DM.Under these circumstances what we have to do is to check our diet system once more  and create a more conscious public awareness   by warning the public and private institutions.

 

                            What is Diabetes Mellitus?

        

           Diabetes Mellitus  is still described as a very mysterious illness with its many unknown sides but occurs basically  as the result of a defect in our Digestion System.The glucose entering to our body by foods  can not be stocked in the tissues succedingly transferes to our blood and eventually passes to urine(by taking the water from blood) to be thrown from our body.There is a continious hunger , tiredness(because the glucose entering to body can not be used),thirstiness(the body loses water) and urination(the body throws the high glucose by urine).The general strategy of Medical treatments is decreasing the glucose level in lood by giving oral hypoglycemic agents and insuline to body but such outer interferences will never bring  a final solution if effects causing “Diabetes Mellitus” are not found and destroyed.In other words if we do not correct our  contemporary nutritional habits-which  can be described as a concealed  jenoside- according to  Hippocrates’saying”Your foods must be your medicine and your medicine must be your foods” DM will be an increasing threat for everybody in the world.

 

                              Solution

 

           What is the reason of this unknown defect in our digestion system? What makes our digestion system tired ?  Why do some societies have and some  do not have this illness?(industrial societies-agricultural societies,western countries-Hunzas in North India,big cities-villages in developing countries).If we investigate the answers for these questions we find it as the reason of outer things that enter to our body,in other words:”FOODS”. In  this case individuals or societies who know how to take food correctly are close  to solution and finally have solved the problem as a result. It would be wrong to be against the  curing methods of classical medicine(especially the insuline treatment in high cases) but what is important is not to be in need of that treatment.

          So as to  continue our lives we need some basic food varieties like proteins,vitamines, minerals,fats, carbohydrates  and water.Thus the body can achieve its physical and mental activities,renewing and constructing itself.In this point there is the necessity   of taking our food correctly(especially in our day)since the nature of our digestion system orders us  so.In the same way the healthy,longliving individuals or societies,the ones without “Diabetes Mellitus” do this consciously or unconsciously.Then we come to the following questions:

                     Correct  nutrition and malnutrition

 

          It  is crucially not a coinicidance that some societies or individuals have “Diabetes Mellitus” likewise the increasement of “Diabetes Mellitus” in our day compared to past.There are “common points” which cause Diabetes Mellitus .The common points in the above mentioned cases are “Refined Foods” and “Animal Origined Foods”.The food  which loses its nature and meat,poultry,fish like animal origined foods are the primary effects which make the  healthy individuals or societies from the diabetic ones different.This is unfortunately because of the”Produce more-Consume more” concept of our century which  produces foods just for  taste without considering people’s health for gaining money.Actually genetic factors are not the major determining factors in Diabetes Mellitus but environmental factors are the ones which make it widesspread.(The individuals of the same family or society which have the same nutrition habbits) Tht two cases  you will see  herebelow are  good proofs of this reality: 1)  It has been observed that a person who did not eat animal origined foods was not diabetic while all the other members of the family eating  these foods had. 2) A  diabetic man  died in a traffic accident.His damaged kidney(because of D.M.) was transplanted to a healthy man.After sometime it was observed that the kidney turned to normal in the healthy man’s body who had conscious nutrition habbits.

 

                    Our food requirement

 

  The avarage daily food need of a person has been determined and given in charts to people after many studies by experts.For example a normally active person daily will need 3000 calories,minerals like Calcium,Phospor,Iron,etc.,vitamines like A,B,C etc. and protein(We need 0.75 gr protein/our kilo.Eg. a man weighing 100 kilos needs 75 grams protein /day).If we apply this to  our daily life from scientific explanations ;

Eating  eg. 1 apple (or other fruits)+ 1 onion(garlic or leeks)+ 1 plate bulgur(rice or wholewheat bread)+1 plate of yogurt(cheese,milk,etc.)+ a salad of green plants(rocket,watercress, endive,stinging  nettle ,mallow,lettuce) satisfies all the needs of a person(you will have a more detailed  menu below).

                              About refined food

        As we see , the life of the human body basically depends on vitamins,minerals, carbohydrates,fats and water.Anything not  including these(even if it looks like food)will make the body tired and  cause various defects.What we call as refined  foods are below:

All the foods made of white floor(sandwiches,white bread,cakes,cookies, pizzas,etc.):Wheat is the richest and most suitable food for the human body.But when it is  converted  into  white flour(by electrical machines)it loses all the vitamines and minerals,becomes an unfamiliar food for the body and makes our metabolism tired.We have to obtain our need for wheat from branned wheat by boiling  and eating  ,bulgur or from wholewheat bread.These products must not contain also chemical yeast or other extra chemicals like surfactants, emulsification  agents but must be made of only wholewheat+natural salt+natural yeast+water so as to be protected from Diabetes.

White Rice:The rice without bran(because all the vitamines and minerals are in the bran) becomes a tasty but constipating and tiring object for the body and cause diabetes.Branned rice is  the best alternative.

Tins and pickles:They have lost their nutritive values and make our digestion system tired.Fresh vegetables and fruits-especially seasonal ones- must be preffered.

All kinds of alchol, carbon and cafein containing drinks( including Tea,Coffee,Colas,etc.),Cigarette: Cigarette has to be quitted.Tea,coffee or other cafein containing drinks  give so much harm to your body that it is possible to say without quitting these it would be impossible to get rid of DM. Water,mineral water,linden tea-or any other herbal tea-,fruits themselves have to be consumed instead of these harmful drinks which effect our digestion system-especially stomach,pancreas,intestines – very negatively.

Veniger,tomato paste,roasted nuts(hazelnuts,peanuts,almonds,etc.),ready made soups,puddings etc.; also make our body tired.Home  made venigers,tomato pastes,soups(like lentil,tomato,vegetable,etc.)-so as to protect our body from chemical materials- and raw(unroasted) nuts have to be preffered.Spending time in making home made products must be preffered to waiting for your doctors in hospitals since it has been observed that when these products are taken the red blood cells are alarmed as if our  body is being attacked by microbes.

White sugar:Sugar is due to many chemical changes till it becomes white and granuled.This also makes our digestion system tired and must not be used(cakes,cookies,chocolates,jams,icecreams,puddings,etc.).Also all kinds of artificial sweeteners are unfamiliar foods to our nature.Every fruit,cereal,vegetable has ideal and sufficient carbohydrate for the usage of our digestion system.While drinking our  herbal tea we may use honey,maple or grapes syrup in small  amounts(1-2 teaspoons).

Butter,margarines and refined liquid oils: They make our body tired because they are due to many chemical processes during production-immersing in  chemical solvents,degumming,hydrogenating and deodorizing-.The best is to use natural-cold press- oils without any chemical  elements.We can also get fats from  nuts(peanuts,wallnuts,hazelnuts) or oil seeds like sunflower seeds by eating in little amounts daily.

White salt:To buy natural sea salt and grind in electrical grinders or to pound it at home is better since salt is also objected to various chemical phases before it is white and granuled on our table.

Legumes:Till the glucose level in our blood falls down to normal it is preferable to eat only 3-4 times a week  legumes  like beans,lentils,chickpeas,etc. bacause they are high in carbohydrate.The best  one is soya which is very low in carbohydrate and therefore has been the best adviced food to diabetics for  years.

Honey ,dates , sweet fruits(like melon,figs, grapes, etc.):It is  not advisible to eat  these foods till the glucose level falls to normal in our blood and after this you can eat  in small amounts if you want to.During this time less sweet fruits like quince, sour apple,grapefruits etc. can be preferred to sweet ones.

 

                                                 About animal origined foods

                The consensus about animal origined foods’being unsuitable foods for human body is increasing day by day.There are many famous people in history(Budha,Zorodastre,Socrates, Leonarde de Vinci,Newton, Voltaire,La Martine,G.Barnard Shaw,Edison,Einstein) and in our day(Boris Becker,Micheal Jackson, Madonna,Paul Mc Cartney) as well as societies(countries like China and India bearing the biggest populations of the world) which do not eat meat.We observe that such big amounts of meat consumption  in our day in industrialised countries  has a short history. Another example is that the longest living people of the world(Thomas Parll-U.K.,153 years-,Zaro Aga-Turkey,166 years) or societies(Hunza/North India)  also do not eat meat but only vegetables,fruits,dairy products and wholewheat bread while the  Eskimos  who have 27,5 years  avarege life eat only meat .Diabetes Mellitus has a straight connection with animal origined foods and in case of quiting and substituting them with fibered plant proteins ,the most stubborn patients will be cured in3-5 months(applying  alsto the other explanations that you will see below)and will never be  ill again.

 

                                       What can replace animal origined proteins?

 

        The foods  consisting 8 essential amino acids are called first grade proteins.The diabetelogists are advicing people to use  white meat” instead of red one.What does this mean for a normal person who does not have much information about nutrition?E.g .,trout(97 mg) or prawns(200 mg) have  even higher cholesterol than beef(84 mg) ,mutton(75 mg) although they are also white.Except animal origined foods you can obtain 1. Grade proteins from soybeans and other  legumes.Especially soybeans are the only foods about which interational  symposiums are held by doctors’ about its role in preventing and curing chronical diseaes.Also dairy products have 1. Grade protein(cheese,yogurt,etc.) and make our body less tired compared to others..The protein content of some food varieties(in 100gr) are as : Mutton=17gr.,Beef=19 gr.,Fish=17 gr.,Cheese=17 gr., Milk=6 gr.,Egg=13 gr.,Liver=20 gr., Soybeans=37 gr.In this case we can supply our daily protein need-as mentioned before(0.75gr/kg) by eating (1 plate soya or 200 gr.yogurt)+(100-150 gr. Cheese in breakfast)/day.Soya(10 hours  soaked in water and cooked in pressure cooker 1 hour) is the best protein source which does not make the body tired(you can put in soups ,salads).We must try to eat home made soyproducts rather than buying if we can.We must not forget that soya is the only protein source of 1 billion people in our world and it has been named as “Sacred Grain” 5000 years ago in China.We can also make legume+cereal(rice+lentil,bulgur+chickpeas,etc.) combinations fortified with dairy products to  get our daily protein need  completely.DM has straight relation with meat(white or red) and in case of replacing it with vegetal proteins  your blood level will come to normal levels even if it is very very high.

 

                       What is ideal nutrition?

 

        When I began to eat  consciously according to the needs of my body my blood glucose level came to normal measure.If you also apply this menu consistently you will get rid of the depressions and anxieties caused by  running to doctors ,hungrily(you must not eat befor analysis as you know),early in the morning and waiting your test +analysis results and  will be saved from blindness,gangrene,kidney diseases and other diseaes caused by DM.By this nutrition-and of course your willpower- method your glucose level will begin to fall down in first week and you will be cured in 3-5 months completely.

BREAKFAST:1)Firstly a green salad(rocket,watercress,endive,mallow,stinging nettle,lettuce,etc.)+natural oil+natural salt+lemon,

2)Wholewheat bread+cheese(100-150 gr) (Bulgur and soya are prefrable to this),

3)An apple(or any other fruit)instead of jam,

4)Olives,onion(or garlich).

LUNCH-DINNER:1)A salad like above before the meal,

2)A vegetable meal(parsley,leeks,spinachetc.),

3)Wholewheat bread-bulgur or branned  rice,

4)3-4 times weekly cereals(beans,chickpeas,etc.) can be eaten instead of bulgur or rice or bread),

5)During the meal or between the meals 1 plate soya(100-150 gr) or yogurt (100-150 gr) must be consumed per day.

*Defatted dairy products MUST  always be preffered to normal ones.

**Tofu,soymilk,soya yogurt must be prefered to dairy products if you can obtain.

 

 GETTING OVER DIABETES   MELLITUS

 I had the result of my theoritical investigation about “Diabetes Mellitus” when I put it in practise on myself.Firstly my glucose level in blood which was 180-250 fell to 94 after 3 months.But after sometime I left the method and it increased to 185.Then turning back to my method it fell down to 102 and  finally to 77 and I have no more glucose increase in my blood level since then.I hope you will also be cured when you apply my method.

*The avarage fall of the blood glucose level in blood is 1 degree/day.İ.e. if the blood glucose level is 200 it will fall to  110(normal)  in 3 months and never will rise again.

**If you are under stress your b.g.level will be high.Even a healthy person under high stress may have high b.g.l.)The best solution is to make another blood glucose level test after 1-2 days when you are psychologically completely well.

 

                   Other methods&advices for decreasing the blood glucose level

 

1)       To drink the tea of (thyme+stinging nettle+mistletoe)especially before breakfast and during the day(or olive leave tea),

2)       Prefering foods containing insuline like onion,garlic,uncooked leeks,eggplant,persimmon,

3)       Eating germinated wheat,branned rice,oats,watercress,potatoes,lemon,spinach containing vitamin B-1 which carries insuline to blood vanes,

 

4)       To eat salads of endive,stinging nettle which support the liver,

5)       Jogging to take fresh air,oxygen(to have a good digestion and to burn our foods),

6)       To eat in small amounts but frequently so as not to make our digestion system tired,

7)       To be far from stress,noise and to be busy with relaxing affairs.
