Hello! I wish you  a good recovery before all.There is a very important but wanting point in researches about cancer. There are people around the world who have cured cancer by themselves.(This is normal because sometimes people who make private researches about a subject may have much more information and better results than authorised people especially when they are suffering)If classical medicine examines these people and determines their avarage lifestyles-like what they eat,how they act- it would not be outside the scientific mainstream but on the contrary they would reach to genuine results.Please find herebelow  the results of my research.

                  GETTING OVER CANCER

Cancer ,the mysterious ,illness of our century can be cured by simple and economic methods not contradicting with logic or common sense.What has to be done is synthesising Food Chemistry+Food Production Technology+Salutary Herbs+Food Market,with classical medicine in a good combination.Explaining simply ,in addition to chemotheraphy+ physiotheraphy+surgery trio of classical medicine we have to know the composition,natural foods which are their  real alternatives and how to obtain them.It is crucially not a coincidence that Americans die of cancer at 5 to 20 times the ratio of people in many parts of the world(E.g. ,In Japanese immigrants to USA the colon or breast cancer increases and eventually equals that of the native population although it is low in Japan) but widespread usage of refined foods  which are against the nature of our metabolism and too much consumption of animal origined foods-with alchol and tobacco- are the preliminary causes of cancer.It is also not a coincidence that people have cancer generally after age of fourty because that is the time  when the body is out of minerals and vitamines because of refined foods.You do not have to know exactly which foods,in which proportions will be useful because there are only 17 vitamines and 60 minerals in all the foods which means if you eat an apple or onion one day or an orange and garlic the next there will almost be no difference.What we have to know  is that there are 6 basic elements we have to take which are water,vitamines,minerals ,fats,carbohydrates and proteins.We have to know the right sources of taking them because in curing cancer the strategy is based on:1)Stopping the  entrance of cancerous things to our body from the chemicals used in refined foods,2)Stopping the consumption of meat(poultry,fish,eggs included) and usage of lite dairy products and soya as protein source.

 REFİNED FOODS

Herebelow  are some refined foods and their right alternatives :

White flour products(sandwiches,pizzas,cakes,donuts,etc):The mineral ratio of wheat compered to other cereals is the most suitable one for our body.The foods made of white flour has almost no nutritional value and contain various chemical ingredients so as to have a better appereance,mouthfeel,crust and crumb color,texture or other cooking properties.The best way of consuming wheat is buying wholewheat bread,bulgur or making our own bread at home with fresh ground whole wheat flour.

White rice,salt,sugar:The commercially polished rice (without bran) also loses all the vitamines, minerals  and becomes a tasty but constipating  food which makes our metabolism tired.The right alternative is natural,branned rice.White sugar is subject to many chemical applications till it becomes refined and granuled.Therfore white sugar and its derivatives like chocolates,icecreams,puddings,cakes,etc. contain many cancerous elements.We can obtain sugar as carbohydrates from legumes and cereals,as fructose and glucose from fruits and even vegetables and as lactose from dairy products naturally.We do not need extra sugar and as sweeteners we can use honey or maple syrup in our teas(herbal).Likewise natural salt(dark sea,rock salt)is the most convenient salt for our body and we must not use table salt which is produced after many chemical applications.

Ready made venigars,tomato pastes,soups,puddings,pickles,tinned vegetables:These products also contain  a lot of chemical cancerous elements and we must try to produce them at home as well with simple methods.

Margarines,refined edible oils:These products are also very risky because of the refining processes(bleaching,deodorising, degumming,etc.).The best alternative is cold pressed olive oil or eating oilseeds like sesami,coconut,groundnut or nuts like hazelnuts,peanuts,wallnuts to   satisfy our limited amount of daily oil need.Butter is not also good because of its  saturated oil content. Avocado or peanut butter are the best alternatives of them.

Tea,coffee,cigarettes and all kinds of alcholic or non-alcholic drinks:I do not find it worth mentioning the harms of alchol and tobacco since everyone knows .We must prefer natural mineral water,herbal teas like linden,rosehip,etc. or fresh fruit juices to drinks like coffee , tea or cola which stimulates us firstly but then destroys our immune system

OUR PROTEİN NEED

  Our protein intake has to be provided by foods containing "8 essential aminoacids".These can be obtained from meat,poultry,fish but the best way is to prefere lite dairy products or soybeans which is the only legume that can stand alone as a complete protein. The most important point  about the protein intake is that our protein source has to be the most appropriate one for our digestion system.In this aspect meat,poultry,fish and even eggs makes our body tired because they contain no fiber and are hard to excrete because they stick to our intestines.In addition the hormones,chemical feeds,pills so as to increase the meat production make red meat and poultry  cancerous foods.What has to be done is using lite dairy products or soybeans as the protein source.Soybeans and products like tofu,soymilk,soy yogurt with their fibrous texture,high protein and isoflavons-which are considered as having role in prevention or perhaps even treatment of cancer- are the best alternatives in cancer for our protein intake.

THE IDEAL MENU

Herebelow is the menu of the people who have overcome cancer by themselves.(When a similar menu was first explained by Japans in international congresses thirty years ago the western doctors did not take it seriously .It was considered as "Oldwives foods from the times of Samurais". But now in western world it is being very highly accepted under the name of Immune nutrition) Only in 3 months the immune system will be strengthened and recovering period will begin:

 

Breakfast:1) A green salad(stingingnettle,watercress,lettuce, endive,rockets,etc.)

2)Wholewheat bread+lite yogurt or cheese(soy yogurt and tofu are preferable)

3)An apple or any other fruit

4)Onion or garlic

Between "10.00-11.00"-"15.00-16.00"-"21.00-22.00" :One or some of the following :6-7 chestnuts,6-7 dates,40-50 dried grapes,one handful germinated wheat,1 carrot,1 plate parcley with lemon,4-5 dried figs or apricote

Lunch-Dinner:1)A salad like in breakfast

2)A vegetable dish as meal(leeks,spinach,courgette,etc.)

3)Wholewheat bread,bulgur or branned rice

4)Beans,chickpeas,lentils or any kind of legume(not more than 3-4 times a week)

5)During the meals or between meals 1 plate of soya(100-150 gr) or yogurt(100-150 gr) must be consumed each day as protein intake

LAST WORDS

In addition , we have to know  that the keyword is "not taking unfamiliar materials" to the body.Using just water and tooth brush with natural salt must be preffered to tooth paste.Cosmetics like lipstick,deodorants,creams must not be used.Only water and brush must be used instead of detergents when washing up.Relaxing ambiances have to be prefered to stress,air and sound pollution.It is also accepted by the medical authorities that a peaceful mood has positive effects on the efficient working  of our hormones,immune,nerveous and digestion system . Thus it can be advised to these people to pray in their religions so as to have a strong faith and peaceful mood.
