Those of Vampyrian blood were born by five angels fallen from the heavens.Within the first few years of Kolosta's birth, five rogue Draconains betrayed their King in their lust for power and were sentenced to walk up the earth with humans and to never again soar the skies.
As sacred laws declared, every being was forever forbidden to drink the blood of any creature, including that of itself. In defiance of the Draconian King, the fallen angels drank the blood of a sacrificed wolf, and for their defiant act, they were condemned to a life of solitude and suffering.
From hence forth, it was blood that would serve as their sustenance. Blood that would ease their burning desire. Blood that would bring the slightest, and only, pathetic sense of comfort. Thus, creating the condemned race that became known as the Vampyres.
For thousands of years they kept to the security of the shadows, ashamed of what they were, but growing more confident in their strengths and powers as they progressed in age.
It was during the time of the demons that the Vampyres fully emerge and revealed themselves to man, no longer ashamed of what they were, but proud instead.
