| UNDERBOSS RESPONSIBILTIES The Underboss is generally responsible for recruitment, enrolment of new members, dealing with (and keeping in touch with) new applicants awaiting a decision on their membership application, and for general day-to-day management of the membership as a whole. If the Clan is active in more than one game it is usually the Clan Underboss' task to also coordinate member activities, especially in terms of making sure that new members join the games where they are most needed to reinforce existing Clan members. |
