Man... I've really screwed up, eh? I've been promising updates for a.... long... time. And still I haven't gotten anything up. Well, I finally remembered to come back and check on my site, since I hadn't in a while, and a friend of mine gave me a Newsie-type poster today.
I have a lot of content, but I just haven't managed to get that content up and running lately. I know, its sad... but I'm stil working on it. Hopefully I'll get some stuff up soon!! Sorry!

Whoa. I thought not updating since Paddy's day was bad!Here it is almost Halloween, and I haven't updated!
Yeah - I know, its all summer. I had to work almost every day though, but I'll let you know that I got to work with a TON of newsie caps. Almost every day. It was like heaven :)
I feel really bad about not updating, and here I am and I don't even have any more content. Well, this is just to let you know that I'm alive and thinking of you all!

Holy Cow!! Are you telling me I haven't updated since St. Paddy's Day???? Shee... I'm sorry everyone. Well, Easter came and passed last month, and I have a cute lil' Newsie Easter egg I made, that I'm gonna post under Fanart
And my bro, some friends and I went to an anime convention recently, and for one day I dressed up as a Newsie and went crazy. Sadly, no one knew who I was, so it wasn't as big a hit as I thought it would be.
And randomly, and completely off topic look at this A -
There was a bird building a nest inside this A at Borders Books and Cafe. Cute huh?

Happy St Patrick's Day Everyone!
Well, another St. Paddy's Day is here. For those of us who are Irish (and even for some who aren't ^_^) today is a HUGE holiday. I spent most of yesterday evening making Irish Soda Bread for my family. Its days like these that make you always think of Spot Conlon, Jack Kelly, and the rest of our Irish Newsies!
Well, either way, I hope you all are wearing a lot of green, so I don't have to virtual pinch ya bummas! ^_^

Big Big News! The Prestige, the most amazing movie of last summer, starring our very own Jack Kelly (Christian Bale) was nominated for Oscars in two categories - Best Cinematogrophy and Best Art Direction. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. Also, the Prestige is being released on DVD in TWO DAYS! I, for one, am going out to buy it the day it comes out. It was a great movie and I highly recommend it!!
Lucky me was out shopping yesterday, and (at the same store) I found a really awesome Monkees T-shirt (Aaron Lohr - Mush, was in a biopic about them called Daydream Believers) and a copy of D2: The Mighty Ducks Are Back (which Aaron Lohr was also in as Dean Portman). I only spent 3.50$ for the whole lot, and I got to spend the afternoon dreaming of Mush. Simply more proof that I'm being stalked by him... XP

Hi hi hi, how was your MLKJ Weekend? Mine was great - I went out with some pals to celebrate my birthday this upcoming weekend. Sadly, the Borders we went to lacked any kind of Newsies - realted paraphenlia, so, I must go with out. I watched to Kill a Mockingbird, however. Its a good movie based on a great book, and it features a very very young Robert Duvall. So that's how I'll justify its Newsie-realtedness.
Anyways, under Extra I have a bit of a treat for you puzzle-fans: a Newsie Crossword puzzle. I worked real hard on it, and I hope you like it!
On an OT note, I was given a magic message bean for my birthday. Have you seen those? You plant a bean and it grows into a plant with a message for you. Isn't that neat? I wonder what mine will say! ^_^ and Hobo teased me with my birthday present - she said she can't give it to me until she finds a screwdriver.... interesting! Just have to wait until Sunday!

Well, well, I updated Observations, YKNYOWNW List, and I've got two new pages for youse. Both are under Evening Edition and they are Writings and Contact Addresses for some of the cast members.
I had a doctors appointment today. The doctor saw my Newsies: Eat, Sleep, Sell da Papes T-shirt. He was all "Newsies? Should I know what that is?" ... ... ... Disappointing. We must do a better job converting the world.

In other News, I was given a Webkinz for Christmas. You know, Webkinz? The Beanie Babies that you can play with on their website? Well, anyways, I got a Monkey. I named him Kid Blink and sewed him a little eye patch. Its really cute and adorable! I wonder how Trey Parker would feel if he knew... honestly - its a complement. Monkeys are cute, intelligent and adorable. It could be worse, I could have gotten a PINK unicorn.... I'd name that one Skittery anyways... Just kidding Michael! ^___^ (Like any of you would actually read this...)

Went to CVS, was wearing my Newsie outfit (trying out a photo shoot with my new digital camera! ) Saw this random guy who was a CLONE OF BILL PULLMAN! I swear, this guy looked so much like our Denton! Didn't see him until I was leaving, and he had seen me goofing around with my brother, and he smiled. I don't know if it was because of my outfit or our goofiness... Maybe it was him! I'd be shocked if it was, and I didn't get his autograph..... What would he have been doing at CVS anyways? I guess even stars need to shop at convenience stores!!
It would be soo cool if it was him though....

Went for a hike in the woods today, found a branch that looked like a slingshot. Ran around singing, "Look at me, I'm Spot Conlon" until everyone else who was hiking with me threatend to dress me up in camo an leave me for the hunters. Told them it wouldn't work, cause I was already wearing camo, and everyone knows how intimidatin' a sling shot can be! ~_^
