  1. Feb. 1943.-1945
  2. Orig. made up of all volinteers (untill April of 1944). Mostly of Hawaiian birth, but at least 1/3rd - 3/7th's from West Coast internment camps. After April of 1944 general conscription took place.
  3. Company strengths were the same as normal American Companies.

Decorations- (the 442nd was the most decorated unit in American History). (this list includes the decorations of the 100th Bn Sep.)

100th Bn (sep) -Americans of Japanese Decent- Originally made up Hawaian National Guard (AKA-Hawaiian Provisional Bn).
