The light cavalry troop consists of 6 officers and 107 enlisted soldiers. 
	x1 Headquarters section 
			two officers and ten enlisted soldiers. I
			x1 M1025 HMMWV, one M1037 HMMWV shelter carrier with S250 shelter
			x1 M998 HMMWV with cargo trailer
			x1 2 1/2-ton cargo truck with 400-gallon water trailer 
	x2 Scout platoons 
		Scout Platoon  ( two to five sections ea)
			1 officer and 29 enlisted soldiers. 
			x10 M1025/M1026 HMMWVs (five MK-19 equipped and five cal .50 equipped). 
	x2 Antitank (AT) platoons
		Light Troop Antitank Platoon
			1 officer and 11 enlisted soldiers
			x4 996 HMMWVs (TOW carriers) organized into two sections 
	 x1 Mortar section
		9 enlisted soldiers
		x2 120-mm mortars
		x3 M1025/M1026 HMMWVs 
	x1 Maintenance section 
		eight enlisted soldiers 
		x1 M998 cargo/troop carrier HMMWV
		x1 Cargo truck with cargo trailer
