Dear Sir, Hetrewith we acknowledge the receive of your letter from 7.17.02 with a unpleasant feeling.

As we came to your clinic, we were told that for the first mionth we have to oay $5.750 and for the following months, for each mionth $4.500. This amount reoresents the treatment we were to receive.

Iwas in Houston for two weeaks. Before leaving Hoiustion, we were once again in the financial office to ask and make sure ab ouit the mioney we have to pay for receiving continually treatment at home. We were told that is thebsame amount of $4.500.

Befor one mionth was over, , we sent a money order of $4.500.-

Your letter from 7.17.02 actually was a bill, which requires from us to poay $981.72 in addition. .

Fitrst of all, that contradicts the written statement that mionthlyu we have to opay $.500 and noting miore.

But being home, I was called from your clinic and told that, because of to high urine in my blood. I have to reduce the daily numbers of PB from 10 to 6.

Adfter some days I hadf to enter the hospital and there they forbid me to take other medicine, so had to interruopt. Asd we were told tha after suich interruptions you can not contnue to take P cvapsule, we vcalled yur clinic and asked not to send any PB caosule mire and to return the money order of $4.500. Until now we did not receive any PB capsule miore, neither receive we the money order of $4.500. Instead of that we received the bikll tha we have to pay $981.72.

WEe are asking you now again to send us the $4.500 back.
