| Anitra Castillo of San Antonio, TX has been signed to a long term artist development contract with Incubator Creative Group of Santa Clara, Oregon. Castillo is a resident of San Antonio and plans an expansion of her Christian music ministry across the Southwest Region. Incubator is a pioneer and innovator in the field of artist development, operating record label, management and booking divisions, as well as music publishing.
