IOCL to build new refinery in Turkey
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Calik Enerji of Turkey have applied for a refinery-cum-petrochemicals complex project at Ceyhan. The refinery would have an annual capacity of 15 million tonnes per annum
