"Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the
glory of God. Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the
Gentiles, nor to the church of God: Even as I please all men in all
things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they
may be saved." 1Corinthians 10:31-33

Paul has stated certain great principles that relate to Christian
liberty. One of those principles is: "All things are lawful for me, but
all things are not expedient." Also, "all things are lawful for me, but
all things edify not." Now here is another one: "Whether therefore ye
eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." This
should be applied to every believer's life-style. A Christian woman can
wash dishes, do laundry, all for the glory of God! A Christian man can
mow the lawn, and go to work for the glory of God! Regardless of what you
are doing and where you are doing it, if you cannot do it for the glory
of God, you should not be doing it!! As we live like this, we are a
testimony to the world ~ that those who are lost might be saved. Paul's
criterion for all his actions was not what he liked best, but what was
best for those around him. If we make the good of others one of our
primary goals, we will develop a serving attitude that pleases God.
Christian's, it is more important for us to make tracks in the world than
to give out tracts. We make a better impression on others as they "watch"
our tracks in essence of hoping they will "read" our tracts. People are
watchful ~ and they read our tracks in life better than the ones we hand
out. It is a good thing to hand out tracts, but along with them we must
also make the right kind of tracks!

Application:
Our actions must be motivated by God's love so that all we
do will be for His glory. In all you do, ask yourself, "How can I honor
God through this action?" Let US develop a SERVING attitude that
pleases GOD! Have a blessed day in the Lord!

Love in Christ,
Sandy
