| "He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?" Micah 6:8 God did not intend for Christian living to become confusing or unduly burdensome. The word of Micah here are refreshingly simple ~ do what is just or fair, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. If you are not sure where to begin, start at the cross. There is no better setting for seeing these words in action than in Christ's suffering and death for our salvation. In Jesus' life and teaching one sees justice, mercy, and humility in glorious simplicity. Faith in His work of reconciliation enables us to follow in His footsteps. Simplify your walk with Him in a way which will bring joy to your heart, and give glory to His Name! God Bless you today as you reflect on His love for you, and show yours for Him. <J><E><S><U><S>< <S><A><V><E><S>< |
