| "Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing." Psalm 107:21-22 God wants us to bring an offering of praise and thanksgiving when we come to Him. As a result, "We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle. For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp. Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate. Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach. For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come. By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name" (Hebrews 13:10-15). You do not have to wait to go to church to give God a sacrifice ~ that is, the fruit of your lips giving praise to Him. Give Him the thanks He is so well deserving of ~ His protection, His love ~ He has brought you to this present hour, hasn't He? Give Him Praise!! God Bless You. <J><E><S><U><S>< <S><A><V><E><S>< |
