| "Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit." 1John 4:11-13 When God created everything, He used His unlimited power and boundless wisdom, but He was moved by His infinite love. That's where everything worthwhile begins ~ the love of God! God's love must not flow into us as into a dead-end street. By the Spirit's power, it flows through us and is reflected in our lives. Our love for God and for others, strengthened by gratitude for all God has done for us, especially for His gift of forgiveness and eternal salvation in Christ, is the driving power behind the stewardship of our life. We are called to love and serve other's for Jesus' sake. We all need food and clothing and a warm bed to sleep in, yet there are many who have not these things. The world is full of homeless adults and children. As many of us are blessed with good jobs, a weekly salary, and other fine gifts of God, are we offering our "love" blessings to help others less fortunate? Our stewardship in our lives should be reflecting off of Jesus' love Christians. Let us spread our love by helping others whom God created also, who are in need. It makes all the difference in the world if we would view others as ourselves. We love because Christ first loved us and gave His life to bring us back to God. One way to show this love is by our daily work, which helps meets others needs. This labor of love is never lost. May all you do today be done in love for our Lord and others.
