". . .I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the
understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with
the understanding also." 1Corinthians 14:15

Today we meet God in the quiet of His house. There we bow our heads and
pray. We unite our voices with those of fellow Christians in singing
hymns. But there is more than greets the eye and the ear. There, our
hearts reach out to the heart of God.
In His presence burdens are lifted from our shoulders ~ burdens of sin,
worry, and fear. Peace comes into our hearts ~ His peace that passes all
understanding. He, in His own wise and loving way fulfills His promise
to all who call on His name. With prayerful spirit and mind, we listen
as He speaks to us through His ambassador, our Pastor.
Go into His presence today with awe and thanksgiving. Hear His voice
through your Pastor and the salvation story with great joy. God Bless
