The 11 and 4-points work very well together.  By making the 4-point, Blue gives White only the 5-point as a good anchor, and the checkers on the 11-point bear down to make it dangerous for White to split to the 5-point.
If White wins the battle for Blue's 5-point, Blue still has White's anchor under control since the 11-point blocks his 6's.  In addition, the 11-point is great for controlling the outfield.  It will often makes it difficult for White to escape safely.

However, Blue has more to consider in this position.  White has made his bar-point.  Now Blue's back men are in some danger of being hemmed in, so there is more to be gained than usual from advancing them to a better anchor.

24/20(2) gives Blue the best defense, but this seems a little wasteful of such a good roll.
Blue needs to utilize that stack of checkers on the 6-point with 6/4(2).  The resulting position with the made bar-point is really strong.
With the last two 2's, advancing the anchor to the 22-point is a big defensive improvement, and makes it more difficult for White to unstack his 6-point.
In addition, the checkers on the 22-point can escape with 6's in the future, so there is little danger of being hemmed in and losing a priming battle.
All thing considered, it looks like 24/22(2) 6/4(2) is best.
