I don't like any of the plays which leave another blot.  If Blue chooses not to create another blot, that leaves two plays;
13/8 and 20/15.

13/8 starts stripping the mid-point and leaves five checkers on the 8-point although these checkers can be used to attack any split White may make in Blue's inner-board.
The advantage of this play, on the other hand, is that it keeps open the possibility of making the anchor on White's 5-point.

If Blue plays 20/15 and survives, he will have only one man back and somewhat decent balance of his checkers up-front.
Blue is ahead in the race, so 20/15 is more consistent with the position.
