With equality in inner-board strength and White's 8-point stripped, the split looks clear.  As to which point to split, I'm not sure what is best, but I prefer splitting to the 22-point.
This looks almost as good as splitting to the 21-point, with less incentive for White to attack, and less damage done if White does attack.  Also, the checker on the 10-point is slightly better placed, since it bears on the open 4-point.

I think the split to the 22-point is worth the risk of 5-5 by White.
