Red is already down to four checkers on his 6-point and with the 8-point stripped, 6/1* leaves him very thin on builders and he is short on blitz material.

13/8 may look like a beginner's sort of safe play, and it is the type of play experts will tend to shy away from.
However, Red's 8-point is now stripped, so bringing a builder to that point has more value than it normally would.
Also reinforcing the 8-point negates White's split which puts pressure on the stripped 8-point.

The problem with bringing two builders down with 13/10 13/11 is that White has split his back men, which doubles White's indirect shots at any checkers in Red's outer-board.
However, the pile of checkers on the mid-point is a liability for Red and he should be doing something to unstack the heavy mid-point with this roll.

The problem with splitting is that White has three builders aimed at both the 4 and 3-points, but Red does have the stronger board, so he doesn't mind mixing things up on both sides of the board.
In addition, White has the blot on the 9-point, and by splitting Red puts pressure on that blot.
As for to which point to split, I prefer splitting to the 22-point, giving White less incentive to hit loose.

24/22 13/10 is my choice.
