Even at the pure GG score, this is not the time for hitting loose on the ace-point.
White doesn't have any great threats, and risking having a third checker sent back or committing to a deep point this early in the game doesn't look right.
The simple 24/20 13/8 gives Red the best balance of offense and defense, and the danger of being attacked is relatively small. This is definitely the best play for money or at normal scores.
At this match score, however, I prefer bringing two builders/attackers down since this play is likely to lead to more gammonish positions.
