B'resheet (Genesis) Chapter 18 (Continued)

B'resheet 18:15 Sarah denied it however, saying, "I did not laugh"; for she was afraid. And He said, "No, but you did laugh."

I will point out the picture we have here. I pray that your eyes will be open and your path will follow the straight path that Abraham the Father provides through Isaac. Abraham points us to the Father above who provided a Son, Yeshua, for our spiritual well being. The blood of Messiah Yeshua cleanses us from all sin.

Isaac is a type pointing to Yeshua. Isaac would become one of the many types pointing to the Messiah- the Son of Man and the Son of G-d in the flesh. Sarah laughed and the L-rd was angry because she did not believe. The L-rd did not like this and she became afraid. This is good because the beginning of wisdom is fear of the L-rd. Abraham was a type too; however, in this case he illustrated the Father again having a son while very old. Many find it laughable that the Father above would be able to have a Son also. It was not like you or I having a Son. It is a mystery. The impossibility of Sarah having a child at this age when she was barren for many years points us to the future when another woman would have a child even though she would not cohabitate with any man. Who? Surely you know?

John 16:27 for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I came forth from the Father. NAS

B'resheet 18:16-17 Then the men rose up from there, and looked down toward Sodom; and Abraham was walking with them to send them off. And the L-RD said, "Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do,

Notice here it states what I am about to do. This again shows His authority. He does not say that G-d told me to do this or that.

Yeshua would bring judgment by authority of the Father. Our Messiah will return again as the Son of David to judge the righteous and the unrighteous. He will be just and He does not have to answer to anyone if He decides to perform His righteous judgment against sinners. He loves the sinner but hates the sin. This is the problem the Father had with us. He conquered this problem through His Son who is also our advocate before the Father. Abraham was fulfilling this type in the following verses. Yeshua shows mercy and allows Abraham to be an advocate for them just like Yeshua is also our advocate with the father. Yeshua is able to do this because of His compassion and the fact that He suffered as the Son of man on earth; He understands our sufferings and weaknesses.

John 5:21-27 For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes. "For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son, in order that all may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him. "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life. "Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of G-d; and those who hear shall live. "For just as the Father has life in Himself, even so He gave to the Son also to have life in Himself; and He gave Him authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man.

Job 16:19"Even now, behold, my witness is in heaven, and my advocate is on high.

1 John 2:1-2 And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Yeshua (Jesus Christ) the righteous; and He Himself is the propitiation (satisfaction) for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world. NAS

He may have even tested to see the length of Abraham's compassion for those in error. This also shows His authority to test man.

B'resheet 18:18 since Abraham will surely become a great and mighty nation, and in him all the nations of the earth will be blessed?

All nations truly have become blessed spiritually through the Son of the Father.... Do you trust that the Father sent the Son ?

B'resheet 18:19 "For I have chosen him, in order that he may command his children and his household after him to keep the way of the L-RD by doing righteousness and justice; in order that the L-RD may bring upon Abraham what He has spoken about him."

Physically and Spiritually.

Those that exalt the Son are following the wishes of the Father.

Pay Homage to the Son. We are clothed with His righteousness.

Isaiah 61:10-11 I will rejoice greatly in the L-RD, My soul will exult in my G-d;(Elohim) For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, And as a garden causes the things sown in it to spring up, So the L-rd G-D (Adonai Elohim) will cause righteousness and praise To spring up before all the nations.

Galatians 3:26 For you are all sons of G-d through trusting in Yeshua HaMashiach. For all of you who were immersed into the Messiah have clothed yourself with The Messiah.

Job 36:2-12 "Wait for me a little, and I will show you that there is yet more to be said in G-d's behalf. "I will fetch my knowledge from afar, and I will ascribe righteousness to my Maker. "For truly my words are not false; One who is perfect in knowledge is with you. "Behold, G-d is mighty but does not despise any; He is mighty in strength of understanding. "He does not keep the wicked alive, But gives justice to the afflicted. "He does not withdraw His eyes from the righteous; but with kings on the throne He has seated them forever, and they are exalted. "And if they are bound in fetters, And are caught in the cords of affliction, Then He declares to them their work And their transgressions, that they have magnified themselves. "And He opens their ear to instruction, and commands that they return from evil. "If they hear and serve Him, They shall end their days in prosperity, And their years in pleasures. "But if they do not hear, they shall perish by the sword
