| AGREEMENT BETWEEN Delights Graphics and Client.
This agreement is hereby made and entered into this _____day of ______________, 19__, by and between Delights Graphics, hereafter called Delights Graphics, and ___________________, of ____________________, hereafter called Client. The said parties, for the considerations hereinafter mentioned, hereby
agree to the following:

| 1. The Client agrees to provide all the information required
to perform the required work, unless otherwise noted and agreed upon.
This to include the necessary photos in .jpg
or .gif form and the client specifications for color, theme, and any information/contact
information to be included in said work. Client agrees that changing specifications
of work after more than 1/3 of work is completed may result in additional
charge to be determined by the amount of change and new work required by
Delights Graphics.

| 2. The Client agrees that a refundable deposit of $30 is due before
completion of work. Upon completion of work Client agrees to submit the
balance due within 10 business days to Delights Graphics. If payment is
not recieved within 10 buisness days from the date of completion, Client
agrees that an additional $75 dollars will be charged to the oustanding
debt.

| 3. Delights Graphics agrees to re-execute any work which does
not conform to the specifications of the Client, and agrees to remedy any
defects resulting, from faulty materials or workmanship.

| 4. In the event Delights Graphics is delayed in the prosecution
of the work by acts of God, fire, flood or any other unavoidable casualties;
late delivery of materials; or by neglect of the Client; the time for completion
of the work shall be extended for the same period as the delay occasioned
by any of the aforementioned causes.

| 5. Attorney's fees and court costs shall be paid by the defendant in the event that judgment must be, and is, obtained to enforce this agreement or any breach thereof. |
