The Ateneo de Naga High School Class of 1983 held a batch assembly last August 25, 2007. Venue was the house of Eric Zaens at Jacob Street , Naga City.

Twenty one Bicol-based batchmates attended. They were Eric, Epok Dacudao, Neal Nueca, Allen Ordonez, Raoul Herras, Gil Guerrero, Salvador Agawa, Ed Ventura, Romy Castilla, Vivencio Cea, Lizardo Junio, Jun Cereno, Jose San Jose, Ric Lozano, Jojo Ibay, Lorenzo Cuyo, Noel Aureus, Ronnie Tuy, JJ Castro, Joseph Dychinco and Allen Tolledo. In attendance too were four classmates from Metro Manila: Jobel Belarmino, Bobby Castilla, Don Melgarejo and Vicboy de Lima.
Key objective of the batch assembly was the conduct of an election for the five Bicol representatives to the Board of the Batch. In the election supervised by Atty Belarmino, the following classmates were elected as the Bicol reps:
- Bobby Castilla
- Epok Dacudao
- Allen Ordonez
- Ed Ventura
- Eric Zaens
As Bicol reps, the five dynamic classmates will be joining the other reps from the 2 other geographical areas ( Manila and Overseas) in the Batch Board which will formulate the plans of the Batch 83 for its December 2008 Homecoming at the Ateneo de Naga and the Batch’s outreach initiatives. In addition, the 5 Bicol reps will be spearheading batch activities and fund-rasing projects for the Bicol-based batch members.
