Polishing (1-3hrs)
Step-by-step polishing from entrance to exit. Focus on implementing strength of dancers movements with precision placement, without sacrificing style of routine.
Private Classes (45 min)
Customized technique training.
Example Turns/Leaps Private: Proper stretching and strength exercises needed for advanced turns and leaps. Review and practice basic placement of entire body, for preparation and execution of pirouettes, chane�s, fouette�s, fouette�s in 2nd, any other turns by request, jete�s, develope�s, switch leaps, Russians, switch Russians, any other leaps by request. Finish with beginner, intermediate, and advanced turn and leap combinations.
Example Dance/Drill Team Audition Preparation: Review technique for turns, leaps, kicks. Perfect tryout routine (if scheduled during tryout week). Evaluate and develop dance styles required.
