So this is me in front of the Royal Albert Hall for my graduation from Imperial College. The Albert Hall interior was stunning beyond words as was the entire ceremony. I was suprised to find that the experience really served a psychological purpose in a way that none of my American graduations ever have. The Imperial graduation had such a sense of dignity and importance to it that I could not help but truly feel as if one chapter of my life was closing and a new one beginning - nothing at Oakwood, Davis, or Berkeley ever struck me in such a way. It was unexpectedly refreshing. | ![]() |
