If I climbed a tree to take a look
I think you'd walk my way
And you beckoned me to come to you
I'd sit up there all day
Fearing repercussions
I would never come and play
Unless you provide the answers
How to do another way
I'd be richer from my taxes
If I just could pay the bill
And I'd stand accused of theivery
Of money in the till
If I only could remember
Was it theft, or act of will
Trying to balance hungry budgets
That are getting hungry still
So I think I'll take a journey
Back to where it all began
If you help me to remember
I will show how we ran
And I'll reimburse the needy first
Give Robin Hood the plan
To distribute more exactly
Than a non-accountant can
