out wanting to sing. She suffered through years of country music until she received her first stereo at 13. �Mom! Dad!, there�s this stuff called rock n� roll, IT�S AMAZING!!!�
Closet singer from a young age Laurette would only sing to the livestock and the wide open spaces; too bad the chickens and cows couldn�t talk! Growing up she danced and sang to the tunes of April Wine, The Who, Journey, Van Halen among many others; and was totally hooked on rock n� roll at her first Rock Concert featuring Blue Oyster Cult and a Harley!
Laurette never looked back after that. That concert started a secret whirlwind tour of choreographed singing (in her house).
After College Laurette moved north and her first �gig� was in front of the crowd at the local church in 1998. That started years of singing with the choir and for church weddings. Speaking of weddings, the most bizarre thing that happened to Laurette was in May 2007, she sang in front of 300 Chinese dignitaries in China for a televised wedding� that�s another story.
Just this past summer (2007) good ol� Bob Baggs asked Laurette if she wanted to come jam with the Hindsite �byes�. WELL, HECK YEAH!! It�s been fun ever since!!
