#4 – In the amount field put the full auction amount plus shipping as specified in the auction text. (please note, that if you do not enter the correct full auction amount and shipping, that your payment will be refunded and your order will NOT be processed)

 

#5 – Currency should be US dollars only

 

#6 – Under category select “Goods (other)”
