The only comment of the residents in Brgy. Concepcion with regards
to the issue is to abstain giving permit to these businessmen because
it will give more problems to the community especially the people living near the river - floods often occur when there is heavy
rain. Their plants and sometimes homes were washed out by it. All of these damages is caused by quarrying.

IV Recommendations and Solutions
Athough this problem is difficult to solve, there are very little ways that
the students can do do. One of this is asking help from individuals which has a great influence to the people
from the government. It is through this that we can pass a bill or law to help stop quarrying ih ou town. Another
way is placing posters on the quarry site to hit the conscience of the businessmen.

Question: What is the effect of quarrying in our society?
*Quarrying has good effects like, it hepls our society build houses. On the other
hand, the bad effects like pollution of our rivers and our sand on the river will be consumed.
Question: As a youth, what can you contribute as a solution to the problem?
* I can post slogans that are related to the problem so that the people would know
and maybe it might help to solve the problem.
