Through the Years, Class of 1962, Reunion Meeting April 4th, 2004 In attendance: Jerry/Helene Ochi, Alma Sakoda, Richard/Carol Ladera, Gloria Furuken, Vivian Okuno, Pauline Yano Some reminders for classmates: If you plan to participate in the golf activities and the Celine Dion show, the deadline to make reservations is the end of April. If you decide not to participate in either, the deadline for making your reunion arrangements is the end of June. Richard passed out the schedule for Saturday, October 9. The tentative schedule for Friday, October 8, will be: 7a.m. Breakfast (no host): Restaurant TBD 7a.m.-5:45p.m.: Hospitality Room open at 112-B North 3rd St. 10a.m.-3p.m.: Shopping at the outlets (Belz, Meadows, Premier) 10a.m.-3p.m.: Golf 12p.m.-1:45p.m.: Lunch (no host), restaurant TBD 5p.m.-6p.m.: Class Picture taking @ Las Vegas Club 3rd Floor 6p.m.-7p.m.: Scavenger Hunt on Fremont Street 7:30p.m.-11:30p.m.: Pupus, games @ Las Vegas Club 3rd Floor 11:30p.m.: Hospitality Room open at 112-B North 3rd St. Warren Wong will be taking digital pictures both on Friday and Saturday night. We will be able to show the pictures, using the hotel�s audio-visual capabilities. On site picture ordering will be available. (5x7 @ $10, 8x10 @ $15, CD of all candid pictures @$25) The group size of the Scavenger Hunt will depend on how many people attend the reunion. Team captains will be class members from Northern California. Rose Wong will be in charge of getting the team captains. Steven will reimburse Helene Ochi for the cost of the ribbon used for the leis. Committee members will help make the leis. ( Steven and Sharon your action.) The final list of all classmates attending the reunion must be sent to Gloria Furuken so she can make the name tags. (Sharon, your action) There will be a joint meeting of the California and Las Vegas group in June. We will be meeting in Las Vegas, during the week of June 21-25 (to celebrate Vivian�s birthday). If any of you are going to be in Vegas during that week, think of joining us. (Steven, you got the ball on this one.) Pauline Yano
